After entering the director's office, Jesse found the director dead and was guided to pick up the Service Weapon. This triggered a strange illusion that led her into the Astral Plane, where she followed the Board's instructions and completed basic movement and combat training to understand her new abilities.
After getting off the elevator, I had to proceed deeper into the video. And when I reached the door of the director's office, I heard some noise from the other side. And the mission was updated to investigate the noise in the director's office.
After getting inside the director's office, we found the director dead and lying on the ground. The voice inside Jesse's head asked her to pick up the gun that was right beside the dead body, and I had to go for it.
The whole scenario changed after Jesse picked up the gun. It looked like she was in an illusion where she was pointing the gun at her own head, and she was having a vision of the director watching footage of some scientists or doctors, maybe, where the narrator was mentioning that only the director could wield the service weapon.
Then I was sent to a reality of illusion, where I had to follow the board's instructions to complete the Astral Plane Challenge. It was like my tutorial of movements and combat, where I could control a lot of things.
I just started playing the game, so I still don't know what I can actually control. However, I know I can control the photo mode of the game, which is giving me good shots, although I wish it were smoother.
I was given instructions on silly things, such as how to move and how to jump. I just mentioned they were silly things, but still, I failed to pass that gap with a proper jump for the first time. LOL
Then a dummy enemy came to fight me, or to challenge me for combat training. And I was taught melee attacks.
Then I noticed the exact model of gun that I picked up from the director's office. It was like floating there, and I was asked to control it. When I touched it, it looked like the gun was alive.
Now that I had a gun, I could shoot enemies from afar. I destroyed two targets, which is my objective, so I could move forward.
So it was all for the basic training. Now that I knew how to do melee attacks, how to shoot, and how to do basic movements, I was challenged to free fight some of those dummy enemies. I tried both melee and the submissive weapon on them, and I took all of them down easily.
