The Leader and the Fallen.

I used a whistle to lure a guard and waited for an archer to turn before striking. After silencing the archer's alarm horn, I attempted to assassinate the Mongol leader near a hanged victim. Forced into a melee due to his armor, I defeated him and the remaining soldiers to liberate the camp.

I came out of the tent and I whistled a Mongol from the other side entrance, hoping to draw him away from the main group. But I had to stay hidden in the thick brush as an archer had eyes on that Mongol as well from his elevated position.

Then I waited there for quite some time to get a perfect chance on that Mongol while the archer would turn around to scan the cliffs. As soon as the light shifted and the archer looked away, I moved with a sudden burst of speed and then I assassinated him. I caught him before he hit the ground, keeping the area quiet.

I hid in the pampas grass nearby when the archer climbed down of his tower, noticing the dead body I left behind near the gate. He let out a gasp of surprise, and was going to blow his horn. I watched his movements, prepared to end his warning before it started.

The archer started blowing his horn to let the camp know for a possible invader, but I took him down before he could finish the horn. The sound died in his chest, leaving only the wind.

Then I noticed some Mongols were actually coming to this way, hearing the brief sound of the horn echoing through the beach camp. But they were backing up and looking around in confusion, as I took care of that archer early and the signal was cut short. They didn't know whether to engage or stay at their posts.

As the Mongols backed up to regroup near the beach, I closed up to the Mongol leader as I decided to assassinate him next. I moved through the Pampas grasses, ensuring no other soldier was watching my movements.

This was the first time I tried to assassinate a Mongol leader from behind to end the occupation quickly. And when I was putting my knife through his back, this scene became powerful as a hanged body that these Mongols killed was right beside us.

Although I noticed I can't actually assassinate a Mongol leader yet, as they are heavily armored and strong enough to resist a single blade. I had to take him down in a melee attack next when his soldiers were coming to join the fight.

Without wasting any more time on the leader, I attacked those remaining Mongols and I took them down real fast with a series of quick stances.

So I liberated this beach side camp in an easy way, feeling the weight of the territory lift from the map. And after checking around for supplies, I climbed up on this tower to have a nice ending. I looked out over the liberated shore, the sun setting behind the horizon as peace returned to the beach.

Taking down the leader next to the victim he hanged felt like true justice. It'd be great to see him go down with a single strike.

I also think it'd be better and I hope Jin would be able to assassinate even the Mongol leaders later in the story.

That visual of trying to assassinate the leader right next to the hanged victim is a powerful image, you know. Even though the blade didn't finish him instantly due to his armor, the symbolic weight of that moment was amazing.

Ahh at last. Thanks, I was kinda looking for such a feedback as I had my mind in that moment to capture in that way.

The moment with the Mongol leader standing beside the hanged victim created a very bad mood, where controlling the anger is very hard. It added emotional weight to the fight. Good game bro.

Bad mood, or bold mood? I tried to make it look bold. I'm sad to know it was bad.

The patience you showed in the gameplay just to make the stealth work, is mind-blowing. I'd probably running towards those enemies without waiting.

Stealth takes a lot of patience. I passed enough time to take one enemy down that I'd need to clear the entire camp.
