The Okteres Blockade.

I decided to infiltrate the Okteres Blockade after scouting with Senu. The mission was full of surprises, including a commander who died in an accidental fire. I used stealth to clear lookouts and a mounted crossbow to wipe out a nearby boat before finishing more guards with fire arrows and blades.

I'm getting a lot more comfortable fighting enemies on the water. I noticed the Okteres Blockade and decided to infiltrate it, so I sent Senu up first to survey the three boats and tag every threat.

After tagging the enemies, I jumped from my vantage point and rowed a small boat quietly toward the blockade. My objectives were clear: take down the captain and commander and loot the two treasures.

While I was planning my move, the commander actually died in a freak accident. He caught on fire while I was just staring at him from a distance, which made my job a lot easier.

I was looking for a window to assassinate a guard on the main boat, but a lookout from a higher position spotted me. I had to quickly jump off the boat and dive into the water to avoid being fully detected.

I climbed back up and went straight for that annoying guard. I managed to assassinate him quietly this time, ensuring he wouldn't disturb my mission again.

His body fell onto the deck, so I picked it up and threw it into the lake. I didn't want any of his comrades to find him and start a careful search for me.

I found a mounted crossbow on the deck and used it to rain bolts down on another boat in the blockade. I killed the captain easily from across the water without ever having to get close.

A guard tried to climb up to my position to stop me. I hit him with fire arrows, but he kept coming, so the moment he reached the top, I slit his throat to finish the job.

I targeted one last enemy guarding the side of the big boat. My first fire arrow didn't kill him, and he started hunting for me, but a few more well-placed shots finally took him down.

I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.

The screenshots are taken by me personally from my gameplay and I borrowed the game's logo from DevianArt.

Using the mounted crossbow to destroy the nearby boat and eliminate the captain from a distance was a great move. That moment showed how creative you are in combat on the water.

I laughed at the commander catching on fire while you were just watching him. Using the crossbow from one ship to another was a genius play.

It's cool to see so many Assassin's Creed fans here! Origins is one of the few I haven't played yet; I'm currently on Mirage and was planning to jump into Shadows next, but Origins is definitely on my list too.

The way you infiltrated the blockade after scouting the area with Senu was really fun to read. The planning made the mission feel very tactical.
