After hiding from the searching soldiers, I caught Melina the Hibiscus returning to her bed. Despite her waking up, I managed to eliminate her before messing with an archer and escaping by boat. I returned to the temple to inform the guardian of Sehetep's betrayal, though my words were met with disbelief.

The soldiers kept looking for me around, and I did my best to hide from their sights. I stayed perfectly still after hanging an edge of that roof as they passed just inches from my hiding spot.

Then I noticed my target was coming back to her room to finish the nap while the soldiers were still looking around for me in the lower courtyards. She seemed calm despite the chaos she had caused, perhaps believing her guards had already driven the intruder away.

When my target came back to her bed, I was going for her with my blade ready, but there was this archer who was also going back to his post nearby. I had to wait back to avoid his sweeping gaze.

When the archer kept walking towards his post, I crouched towards my target quietly. But unfortunately, she got up even before I could assassinate her.

And fortunately, the lady didn't scream or run, so I used my sword to attack her and end her life right there. I made sure the corruption she represented would no longer plague the waters of the lake.

Now I could just leave the arsenal and get back to the guardian of the crocodile, but I decided to mess up with the archer who messed up with me earlier. I led him to my place by giving him a slight sight and I attacked him knowing I was not going to kill him.

When the archer tried to attack me, after screaming to let his comrades know about my presence, I jumped off the arsenal and dived into the water below.

Then I used a boat to get to the temple of Sobek.

There I found the guardian at the same spot where he has been since the start of this ordeal. Bayek told him Sobek was not sick from a bad omen, mentioning it was poison but it will recover in time. But after Bayek told him their own priest Sehetep was responsible, the guardian didn't trust him and the mission was completed.

I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.

The screenshots are taken by me personally from my gameplay and I borrowed the game's logo from DevianArt.

Bayek is one of my favorite protagonists. You managed to capture that "justice from the shadows" essence very well. Good job

The whole sequence of hiding from the soldiers while hanging from the rooftop edge felt incredibly tense. It really captured the feeling of being trapped deep inside enemy territory with no room for mistakes.

So you could just leave the place quietly but you decided to mess up with that enemy before leaving? That's hilarious, man. But I liked your strategy.

Escaping by diving into the water after provoking the archer was such a cinematic moment. It honestly felt like something straight out of a movie sequence.
