A Window of Opportunity.

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

I used Senu to observe guards reacting to my poison traps before initiating a series of ledge takedowns. After a failed assassination, I successfully pulled a persistent guard off the ship's edge. I cleared the remaining forces using a mounted weapon, looted the area's treasure, and fought a freed lion.

After getting to safety, I flew Senu to see what was happening. I noticed several guards had been damaged by the poison left on a dead body, and they were frantically searching for me.

I climbed onto the edge of the boat and crouched out of sight. I waited patiently for an enemy to walk close to the railing so I could strike from below.

I found a prey close at hand and tried to assassinate him. However, he had a high health level and survived the initial strike, forcing me to quickly reposition.

I climbed down slightly while the soldiers searched for me. When that same enemy returned to the exact spot, I pulled him off the boat and used my hidden blade to ensure he died mid-fall.

I targeted an archer next and killed him with a hidden blade strike. I had to hide immediately after because the other enemies spotted me.

While I was waiting for the heat to die down, I noticed Senu was harassing the guards. Her distractions gave me the perfect opening to plan my next move.

I climbed up and assassinated another guard before jumping back down to the water's edge. A heavy enemy spotted me and tried to attack while I was waiting for them to reset.

I decided to stop playing around and used a big mounted ballista against the remaining enemies. I was in luck, as the weapon's power allowed me to take all of them down quickly.

I looted a chest from the deck, which completed the mission objectives for this location. I then started shooting at a lion that was being held in a nearby cage.

The lion was freed after I shot the cage door, and it immediately came to fight me. It couldn't keep up with my speed, especially with the power of the ballista.

I noticed another lion that had been freed earlier and jumped off the boat. It had drowned, so I swam down to collect its leather before heading back to the surface.

I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.

The screenshots are taken by me personally from my gameplay and I borrowed the game's logo from DevianArt.

Using the ballista was a genius move. Why waste time with sword fights when you have that kind of firepower at your disposal? It seemed absolutely devastating against crowds.

It definitely changed the pace of the fight.

Your patience with the ledge takedowns really paid off. It was definitely the safest way to clear a boat without getting overwhelmed by the heavy soldiers.

I'm happy you picked up on that. Those heavy soldiers can get overwhelming fast, so I had to go for this strategy as I learned from my mistakes.

Shooting the cage door to start a lion fight is a bold move. You really like to keep things interesting. That lion really thought it was out for revenge until it met the business end of a ballista.

Haha, that revenge moment did not last long once the ballista came into play.

Using Senu to watch the guards was a smart tactic. The poison trap creating chaos made the stealth approach more interesting.

Yeah, Senu makes planning those moments easier.

The fight with the lion at the end was unexpected but exciting. Bayek handled the situation perfectly. The photos are so amazing.

Thanks. That lion definitely made the ending more exciting. And it was me who handled the situation, not Bayek himself :)
