I rode across the desert and discovered Anbar, the palace where it all began. Returning to the Winter Palace filled me with nostalgia as I followed Nehal and Basim's old path.
The palace was quieter now, with fewer guards, and I explored the gardens and halls cautiously, avoiding detection while revisiting memories of the past.
As I was not looking for a direct conflict, I ran away when the guards noticed me, and I used that window to get inside the palace, avoiding the entrance that was guarded by these guards.
I reached this place, where once I stayed hidden inside those flower plants, as there were guards around, and I had to steal the key to a door from a guard. Now there are no guards around, just two of them were at the entrance, that was far away, and I was free to roam around.
I went for the door where I once saw the Caliph with the masked men, when it all got messed up as Nehal slaughtered the Caliph to save Basim. And I found someone after getting inside there.
It was the good-for-nothing son of the Caliph who didn't say a word, witnessing his father being killed. I tried to attack him to see what happened, but nothing happened except the man being scared.
I went out of that room, and I decided to take every guard around down and silent. So I went for one of them, and the other one was getting prepared, but I slaughtered him as well before he could try taking action.
I keep running ahead and found another guard guarding in an alley. I normally go towards them silently by crouching so they don't notice me, but I ran towards him fast, and I jumped on him before he could turn back and notice me.
After getting out in the open, I found more guards, and I assassinated them quietly without the others knowing about my infiltration.
Ta was this heavy guard relaxing at one corner of the palace. I jumped on him from a good height, and he didn't have a chance against me.
