Basim suspected Dr. Hassan was linked to the Order, so I headed to the Bimaristan to investigate. After scouting with Enkidu, I cleared the guards on the roofs using a mix of stealthy takedowns and sudden melee fights. I took out some lookouts with throwing knives and air assassinations.
Dr. Hassan and Ahmed appeared to be working together, leading Basim to guess that Ahmed might be a masked man of the Order. I had to reach the Bimaristan, which was a restricted area, to find out more.
Right after climbing a wall, I noticed two guards patrolling the area. I called in Enkidu to scout the entire facility and tag as many guards as possible so I could plan my route.
I whistled to lure one of the guards closer to the edge of the wall. Once he was in range, I pulled him off the roof after a quick assassination to keep the ground level clear.
I jumped onto the roof and approached another guard. From that position, I spotted an extra lookout nearby whom I had missed earlier with Enkidu's scan.
While I was waiting for the perfect moment to strike, someone spotted me from behind. This triggered a brutal fight where I had to take down three guards at once, plus a fourth one who joined the fray late.
I climbed to a higher roof to regain the advantage and noticed even more guards stationed there. I began picking them off one by one, staying low to avoid drawing attention from the courtyard.
I focused on a moving guard who was about to find one of the bodies. Right as he made the discovery, I hit him with an air assassination and then hid another body inside some nearby plants.
Taking down the next guard was a risky move since two others were moving very close by. Fortunately, I moved fast enough that neither of them noticed me disappearing.
I used a throwing knife to take out a distant guard. When another guard came over to investigate the body, I emerged from the shadows and assassinated him from behind.
I spotted two more guards standing right below a high roof. I jumped down on one of them for a quick kill and finished the second one off with brutal melee attacks.

I noticed how quickly you adapted when the stealth was broken. Handling four guards at once proves that you are just as dangerous in an open fight as in the shadows.
The way you used stealth around the Bimaristan was very exciting to read. The mix of rooftop movement and sudden melee fights made it feel intense.
The timing on that air assassination while the guard discovered the body was perfect. It turned a potential alarm situation into a clean double-kill before anyone else could notice.
Landing that final jump from the high roof to take out the duo below was a great finish. It showed that even when you go for brutal melee, you still start with a surprise.
