Summary.
I hope you are having a good week, my friends. This photo album is about a gameplay I've been playing in Fallout Tactics, more specifically with the mod called The Sum, which turns Fallout Tactics into an RPG and survival video game, giving us the opportunity to freely roam the wilderness of Canada and part of the northern USA, presenting us with a large number of cities, towns and settlements (fictional) that we can freely visit on our way as survivors of the wasteland. In this gameplay we start playing the famous Fallout character known as Pip - Boy, yes, the blond character that serves as the emblem of the Fallout franchise.
Espero estén pasando una bonita semana, amigos míos. El presente álbum de fotos va de un gameplay que he estado llevando a cabo en Fallout Tactics, más específicamente usando el mod llamado The Sum, el cual convierte a Fallout Tactics en un videojuego del tipo RPG y Survival, brindándonos la oportunidad de recorrer libremente el yermo de Canadá y parte del norte de USA, presentándonos una gran cantidad de ciudades, poblados y asentamientos (ficticios) los cuales podremos visitar libremente en nuestro camino como superviviente del Yermo. En este gameplay, comenzamos interpretando al famoso personaje de Fallout conocido como el Pip – Boy, si, ese personaje rubio que sirve a su vez como el emblema de la franquicia Fallout.
We start from the underground facilities of an abandoned Coca-Cola plant, which is without power, and we will try to get it working again. Will we succeed?
Comenzamos desde las instalaciones subterráneas de una planta abandonada de Coca – Cola, la cual se encuentra sin energía eléctrica e intentaremos poner operativa nuevamente ¿Lo lograremos?
Note: At the end of this post, I will leave the download link and information about the mod for Fallout Tactics: The Sum, which is a "standalone" mod, meaning you do not need to have Fallout Tactics to enjoy this wonderful game.
Nota: Al final del post estaré dejando el Link de descarga e información referente al mod para Fallout Tactics: The Sum, el cual es un mod “standalone”, es decir que no tendrás que tener el Fallout Tact¡cs para poder disfrutar de este maravilloso videojuego.

Here is our character sheet, as you can see our avatar (Pip - Boy) is a very physical character with a lot of charisma, so our way will be to implement melee combat and our excellent charisma to convince certain characters along the way and get many benefits.
He aquí nuestra hoja de personaje, en donde como puede observarse, nuestro avatar (Pip - Boy) es un personaje bastante físico y con derroche de carisma, por lo que nuestro camino será el implementar el combate cuerpo a cuerpo y nuestra excelente carisma para convencer a ciertos personajes por el camino y obtener muchos beneficios.
When we wake up from our deep sleep, we find ourselves in a deserted subway of an old abandoned Coca-Cola factory, where, among other things, there is an alarm signal in the factory indicating that: there is an overload in the factory terminal...
Al despertar de nuestro profundo sueño, nos encontramos con un subterraneo abandonado de una vieja planta abandonada de Coca - Cola, en donde entre muchas cosas se destaca una señal de alarma en la planta que nos indica que: existe una sobrecarga en la terminal de la planta...
Looking through boxes and lockers abandoned in the basement of this plant, we found an old batch of electronic parts with which we tried to make the necessary repairs to the main power plant of the Coca-Cola plant, but we were unable to repair it successfully :/
Revisando entre cajas y lockers abandonados en este subterraneo de la planta, hemos encontrado un viejo lote de piezas de artefactos electrónicos con los cuales se intentó hacer las reparaciones necesarias a la planta de energía principal de la fabrica de Coca - Cola, pero no logramos repararla con éxito :/
Already at the edge of the old factory we found a deposit of what seemed to be sugar and next to it a long-dead corpse, which of course we did not stop looting.
Ya en las afueras de la vieja fabrica, nos encontramos con un depósito de lo que parece ser azucar y al lado un cadáver de larga data, el cual por supuesto no dejariamos de lootear.
The image above is an image we will see a lot during this gameplay xD . Here it turns out that I accidentally stepped on a homemade mine when leaving the sugar deposit and died ;( ha ha ha.
La imagen de arriba es una imagen que veremos mucho durante este gameplay xD . Acá resultó que al salir del deposito de azúcar pisé accidentalmente una mina de fabricación casera y morí ;( ja ja ja.
Bingo! We found our first abandoned vehicle, the problem is that it was out of service... another problem to solve.
¡Bingo! Hemos encontrado nuestro primer vehículo abandonado, el problema es que estaba fuera de servicio... otro problema por resolver.
The stair climbing animation has always fascinated me in Fallout Tactics. Keep in mind that this is a 2001 game.
La animación de subida de escaleras siempre me ha fascinado en Fallout Tactics. Tened en cuenta que este es un juego del 2001.
Another corpse we found and looted, in it we found an inhaler (I do not know what substance) and boots with blades for fighting (excellent for our Pip - Boy).
Otro cadaver que hallamos y looteamos, en él encontramos un inhalador (no se de que sustancia) y unas botas con cuchillas para el combate (Ecelente para nuestro Pip - Boy).
A big wild dog was stalking us inside the factory, so we had to eliminate it using our newly acquired combat boots.
Un gran perro salvaje nos acechaba dentro de la fabrica, por lo que tuvimos que eliminarlo haciendo uso de las recién conseguidas botas de combate.
And after making our first level up where we would choose a new perk known as Boxer, which gives us the ability to be less prone to being knocked out, we would come across a wishing tree, which is a kind of place where people write a wish on a strip of colored paper and throw it into the tree.
Y después de hacer nuestra primera subida de nivel en donde elegiriamos un nuevo Perk conocido como Boxer, el cual nos brinda la habilidad de ser menos propenso a ser noqueados, nos topariamos con un arbol de los deseos, el cual es una especie de sitio en donde las personas escriben un deseo en un tirante de papel de colores y lo lanzan al arbol.
It turns out that since Pip - Boy was hungry I decided to have a beer to try to calm my hunger and it resulted in my character getting drunk and consequently losing perception points :/
Resulta que como Pip - Boy s eencontraba hambriento decidí tomarme una cerveza para intentar calmar el hambre y resultó en un emborrachamiento de mi personaje y consecuente perdida de puntos de percepción :/
And we get more alcohol, a lot more.
Y conseguimos más alcohol, mucho más...
Dangers lurk everywhere in this Canadian wasteland, especially in all kinds of traps, and considering that Pip Boy was drunk and his perception was altered, it was much more difficult to spot the traps in time.
Los peligros en este yermo canadiense nos acechan en todas partes, sobre todo en todo tipo de formas de trampas, y tomando en cuenta que Pip Boy estaba ebrio y con la percepción alterada, pues se nos dificultaba mucho más detectar las trampas a tiempo.
Apparently, we found some sort of sanctuary for a Wasteland survivor who left several encrypted messages documented on various computers scattered throughout the building. The really bad thing is that most of the messages were in French, so I couldn't really understand what they were about.
Aparentemente hemos encontrado lo que resulta ser una especie de refugio de algún sobreviviente del Yermo, el cual dejó documentado varios mensajes encriptados en varias computadoras repartidas por el edificio. Lo realmente malo es que las mayoria de los mensajes se encontraban en francés, por lo que no pude entender muy bien de que iba todo.
I was able to power the batteries of my GPSP (Global Position Player) because the previous shelter had a constant power supply. And it turns out that if you look closely, it was a very high-tech installation :O
Pude alimentar las baterias de mi GPSP (Global Position System Player) gracias a que el refugio anterior contaba con una fuente de energía constante. Y resulta que si observamos bien era una instalación de muy alta tecnología :O
A simple pair of condoms, which in the game are like a kind of art piece.
Un simple par de condones, los cuales dentro del juego son como una especie de pieza de arte.

Remember the big wild dog we eliminated earlier? Well, it's time to cook it on a small fire I built outside the compound.
¿Recuerdas el perro salvaje que eliminamos anteriormente? Pues es hora de cocinarlo en una pequeña fogata que levanté afuera del complejo.
By this point we were much better, satiated, with energy for the GPSP and we also got an old exoskeleton that gives us incredible strength, my friend.
Ya para este punto estabamos mucho mejor, saciados, con energía para el GPSP y además conseguimos un viejo exosqueleto que nos aporta una fuerza increible amigo.
We got a toolbox and immediately set about repairing the old broken down Dodge.
Coseguimos una caja de herramientas y acto seguido nos pusimos a reparar el viejo Dodge descompuesto.
See how it works \o/ amazing.
Mira como funciona \o/ impresionante.
Finally we leave the area of the old Coca Cola plant in our newly repaired Dodge, but not forgetting to try to go back later and repair the factory's power plant and try to get it working again.
Finalmente abandonamos la zona de la vieja planta de Coca Cola en nuestro Dodge recien reparado, pero sin olvidar que hay que intentar volver luego y reparar la planta de energía de la fabrica e intentar que ésta vuelva a funcionar nuevamente.
When we leave this area, a satellite image opens up in our GPSP, where we have to choose our next destination. What will this next destination be? We'll answer that in the next photo album, I guess :)
Al salir de dicha zona se nos abre una imagen satelital en nuestro GPSP, en donde tenemos que eligir nuestro próximo destino. ¿Cual será este próximo destino? Lo responderemos en el siguiente Foto album, supongo :)

no tenia idea sobre este fallout aunque se ve interesante aunque se ve que el mapa es excesivamente grande
I had no idea about this fallout but it looks interesting although the map is excessively large.
Eso es muy cierto amigo, el mapa es enorme, aunque muy variado y vale la pena recorrer cada rincón del mismo.
