After discovering the main exit was sealed, I spoke with Jacob about hunting a beast. Following multiple failed escape attempts through a locked hatch and empty rooms, I escaped through an upper window, tracked the beast via binoculars, and discovered a severed body.
I forgot that Jacob, the old man, wanted me to talk to him before leaving the facility. But I was looking for the exit to get out instead, and it looked like the exit was sealed shut. And then I found some people still mopping the floor that had blood stains of the survivor who shot himself last time.
Then I was looking for an alternative way to get out of this place, moving through the dimly lit service corridors. And then I found this old man on my way who talked to me about the beast he mentioned earlier and urged me to take care of it on my way out.
Then I found this exit, which yielded me to guess I can now get out of this place entirely. But that exit was just an exit from that room into another adjacent workspace, leaving me still trapped deep within the concrete walls of the structural complex.
I came back at the hall room of the building from where I looked at that hole that I used to climb up the tower last time.
I decided to use the same way to get out of the building, pulling myself up into the narrow concrete shaft. But after climbing all the way up the rusted ladder rungs, I noticed the heavy hatch above was locked tightly from the outside.
I had to get back down to the ground floor, and after exploring around for some time through the back hallways, I reached this exit again to see if there is a hole to get out of there. But there was not any opening left.
Then at last I found this hidden ladder that took me to a height with an open window and finally caught a glimpse of the dark sky outside.
It was really great getting outside the building after all this time spent navigating the oppressive concrete rooms. As you know, I tried to get out for a long time, wandering through the same loops before finding that single open escape hatch to the courtyard.
Now I had to hunt the beast like the old man requested to clear the area safely. I was finding its traces along the perimeter, so I used a binocular and noticed a ripped body parts on a roof across the street from my current position.
After getting there by climbing the fire escape, I found a body was severed into two pieces. And then I found deep footprints of the beast embedded in the grime, which I had to look for next to track the predator down.
I'll show what happens next later.

Finding that main exit sealed shut was a brutal way to start the escape. I noticed how desperately you were looking for an exit.
You did an amazing job building up the tension in this chapter. I admire how you shifted focus to Jacob's request once you secured your freedom. Stepping up to hunt a dangerous predator right after a stressful escape takes a lot of courage.
You did an excellent job using your binoculars to scout the environment once you made it outside. Pinpointing the creature's location on a distant roof shows great survival instincts.
