I cleared the remaining guards and reached the cage to help MJ free Dr. Connors. However, Kraven arrived and ignored MJ's pleas, crushing her stun gun before injecting Connors with a serum to force a transformation. Peter and Harry arrived just as Kraven set the area on fire and retreated, leaving us in a desperate situation.
Once I had finally secured both the key and the code needed to rescue Dr. Connors, I made my way toward his cage. The atmosphere was incredibly tense; I could hear the guards whispering that Kraven was already on his way. I knew I had to move fast before the situation got out of control.
Even though I was close to the goal, there were still several guards standing in my path. I had to stun them out, ensuring the area was clear enough for me to reach the cage without being swarmed. I moved through the shadows, neutralizing the threats one by one.
When I felt the moment was right, I made a break for the cage. I reached the gate and quickly stunned the hunter standing guard there. With him out of the way, the path to Dr. Connors was finally open.
MJ stepped up and went inside the cage to start unlocking the heavy chains. As she worked on the locks, Dr. Connors began to act scared.
MJ followed his gaze and saw Kraven standing there, looking imposing and deadly. The sight of him was enough to strike fear into her as well, but she stood her ground. She tried to vouch for Dr. Connors, pleading with Kraven and telling him that Connors was a good man who didn't deserve to be hurt.
Kraven remained cold, simply stating that there are no "good men, only good hunt" He began preparing a serum for Dr. Connors. Desperate to stop him, MJ tried to use her stun gun, but Kraven was too fast. He grabbed the device and crushed it in his bare hands as if it were nothing.
After roughly pushing MJ aside, Kraven injected Dr. Connors with the serum. The vaccine was meant to force the Lizard persona to the surface so Kraven could have a "worthy" hunt.
Just as the chaos peaked, Peter and Harry burst onto the scene. They were too late to stop the injection. Then Kraven whistled to his hunters and began to walk away from the cage.
As they retreated, the hunters started throwing flaming torches around the cage, surrounding the area in fire.
Peter and Harry immediately checked on MJ and Dr. Connors to see if they were alright. Kraven didn't even look back as he left them there in the middle of the flames, leaving the heroes to deal with the aftermath of his twisted game.
