RE: The Legality of Cryptocurrency Advertising

in Cryptocurrency11 months ago

It occured to me while reading that in order for a project to be funded it should not only allow for purchasing but also allow those who want to participate in the project to earn as hive does.

I believe that Kardashian got in trouble because she was being paid to promote the project. I see a lot of people mention they may be paid a commission for promoting. I discovered it was made a law because some ignorant individuals got upset after discovering such a thing.

I do not see why any of this should even matter as long as one is not out to get without giving back in some way.

Laws are made to be broken and are every second of the day. Those who get away with it are the ones who can afford to pay to get out of trouble.
Smh

The world is a ridiculous place sometimes.

With crypto in particular, especially how fast it moves, the existing legal framework is totally incapable of fitting to it's current or evolving landscape.

Personally, I believe in free markets in this capacity almost to the fullest possible extent. Let people get scammed by shitty projects via advertising if you want. It's not the best situation but people need to learn to be smart with their money.
