I would say some rich people wouldn't call it luck. They would say they create opportunities within their actions and I would agree. I have been in some 'lucky' positions at a certain time because I was there or was involved in some projects. I had bad times in my life and had to struggle through it but it made the man I am today. I had luck a few times but there was a decision I made before that. So is it really just luck? Or do I (we) create luck? You already said it in your post. You create it with skill and patience and mindset.
