Greetings dear friends of Hive, as you have been able to appreciate in the #Humanitas community we have proposed a new initiative, if you had not heard about the initiative, just click here to read more about it.
Without further ado, it only remains for me to invite you dear reader to participate in this interesting and fun initiative that unites through imagination and creativity history and our valued #HIVE blockchain. I believe I am not alone in being able to say that I have several favorite historical characters, worthy of admiration and respect, but, among the countless characters I can name, I will focus my attention on one of the greatest heroes, if not the greatest by far, of our Venezuelan history. I am talking about none other than Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda.
Talking about Miranda is always a challenge for me, but at the same time it fills me with deep joy, one of the historical characters that most captivates me, both for his life and his work, so let's talk about the Great Universal American.
Although I feel indebted to Miranda for not dedicating a series of posts in his name, to begin by saying that he is my favorite historical character is to pay him a laudable tribute, besides talking about Miranda is always complex, there is much to say about him, which is why it can be not only extensive but complex a mirandino writing. For now, I find it interesting to think about Miranda in relation to Hiive, asking myself what would be his contribution to the blockchain is a challenge, and that is why in the post of the initiative we have proposed a series of questions that can help to clarify the ideas a little, and contextualize each character in the midst of Hive.
The questions that have been proposed were:
- What role would you play on the platform - would you be a whale, a curator, a project leader, or a content creator?
- What kind of content would you create for Hive?
- What community would you do life in most of the time?
- Could you be a witness to the blockchain?
There are two communities that come to mind right away when thinking of Miranda as a content creator, one is:
Hive Book Club.
He would certainly write about books because if there was one thing Miranda would devote a lot of time to in his life it was reading, in fact, I remember at one point reading that Miranda and Andres Bello in one season, together went to read almost the entire London library. No doubt Miranda would post a lot in our beloved book community, I also believe she would participate in reading groups like the one run by friend @arlettemsalase.
The second community is:
Pinmapple.
Not only would he talk about the books he has read, but he would talk about the many places he has visited, not for free he was called the universal citizen. There is an anecdote about Miranda that I particularly love, and that is that he was the first American citizen to set foot on Greek soil, and not only did he visit the cradle country of Western civilization, but he bought a property in Athens, Francisco de Miranda spent much of his life traveling.
Now, Miranda would not only be a content creator in these communities, but he would certainly be a leader of some project, I think Miranda had a personality that inspired others, I consider that he had an unmatched oratory capacity, he had many friends but he also had his detractors. Thinking about what kind of project Miranda would lead, it occurs to me that he would put his energy and resources into promoting true freedom, or at least that's what I like to think, not for nothing in his time he participated in the three greatest revolutionary movements of his time, the French, American and South American revolutions, and as he seems to like all this about freedom, no doubt he would be inclined to the idea of a decentralized society. Perhaps he would call it a digital revolution 3.0 and would rest its foundations on Hive's blockchain.
We would surely call him the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda, Marshal of blockchain campaigns. Assuming slogans like:
"Forget the iron chains that enslave human beings, and look at the blockchains of freedom."
That would certainly be Miranda's great contribution to Hive.

¿Cuál es tu personaje histórico favorito y cuál sería su aporte a Hive? (Iniciativa)
Saludos queridos amigos de Hive, como han podido apreciar en la comunidad #Humanitas hemos propuesto una nueva iniciativa, si no te habías enterado de la iniciativa, solo pincha aquí para leer más al respecto.
Sin más preámbulo, solo me queda invitarle a ud estimado lector a participar de esta interesante y divertida iniciativa que une por medio de la imaginación y la creatividad a la historia y a nuestra valorada blockchain de #HIVE. Creo que no soy el único en poder decir que posee varios personajes históricos favoritos, dignos de admiración y respeto, pero, entre los incontables personajes que puedo nombrar, enfocaré mi atención en uno de lo más grandes próceres, si no es el más grande por mucho, de nuestra historia venezolana. Hablo de nada más y nada menos que del Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda.
Hablar de Miranda siempre me es un reto, pero a su vez me llena de profundo regocijo, de los personajes históricos que más me atrapan, tanto por su vida como por su obra, de modo que hablemos del Gran Americano Universal.
Aunque me siento en deuda con Miranda por no dedicarle una serie de post en su nombre, comenzar diciendo que es mi personaje histórico favorito es rendirle un loable tributo, además hablar de Miranda siempre es complejo, hay mucho que decir de él, es por ello que puede ser no solo extenso sino complejo un escrito mirandino. Por ahora, me resulta interesante pensar a Miranda en relación a Hiive, preguntarme ¿Cuál sería su aporte a la blockchain es todo un reto?, y fue por ello que en el post de la iniciativa hemos propuesto una serie de preguntas que pueden ayudar a esclarecer las ideas un poco, y contextualizar cada personaje en medio de Hive.
Las preguntas que se han propuesto fueron:
- ¿Qué papel desempeñaría en la plataforma? ¿sería ballena, un curador, un líder de proyecto, o un creador de contenido?
- ¿Qué tipo de contenido crearía para Hive?
- ¿En qué comunidad haría vida la mayor parte del tiempo?
- ¿Podría ser un testigo de la blockchain?
Hay dos comunidades que se me vienen a la mente enseguida al pensar a Miranda como un creador de contenido, una es:
Hive Book Club
Sin duda escribiría sobre libros porque si hubo algo que Miranda le dedicará mucho tiempo en su vida fue la lectura, de hecho, recuerdo que en algún momento leí que Miranda y Andrés Bello en una temporada, juntos fueron a leer casi toda la biblioteca de Londres. Sin duda, Miranda publicaría mucho en nuestra querida comunidad de libros, también creo que participaía en grupos de lectura como el que que lleva la amiga @arlettemsalase
La segunda comunidad es:

No solo hablaría sobre los libros que ha leído, sino que hablaría de los muchos lugares que ha visitado, no por gratis se le denominó como el ciudadano universal. Hay una anécdota sobre Miranda que particularmente me encanta, y es que fue el primer ciudadano americano en pisar suelo griego, y no solo visitó el país cuna de la civilización occidental, sino que compró una propiedad en Atenas, Francisco de Miranda paso mucho tiempo de su vida de viaje.
Ahora bien, Miranda no solo sería un creador de contenido en estas comunidades, sino que sin duda sería líder de algún proyecto, pienso que Miranda tenía una personalidad que inspiraba a los demás, considero que poseía una capacidad de oratoria sinigual, tenía muchos amigos pero también tenía sus detractores. Pensando en qué tipo de proyecto lideraría Miranda, pues se me ocurre que apoyaría su energía y recursos en promover una verdadera libertad, o por lo menos eso me gusta pensar, no por nada en su momento participó en los tres movimientos revolucionarios más grandes de su tiempo, la revolución francesa, la estadounidense y la suramericana, y como parece gustarle todo esto de la libertad, sin duda se inclinaría por la idea de una sociedad descentralizada. Quizá la llamaría una revolución digital 3.0 y apoyaría sus bases en la blockchain de Hive.
Seguramente le llamaríamos el Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda, Mariscal de las campañas blockchain. Asumiendo slogans tipo:
“Olvidaos de las cadenas de hierro que esclavizan al ser humano, y mirad las cadenas de bloques de la libertad”
Ese sin duda sería el gran aporte de Miranda a Hive.

Sin duda Miranda es uno de los personajes más importantes e interesantes del Siglo XIX. Se le relaciona mucho a la libertad y a ser alguien con alto grado de cultura. También como dices, tuvo sus detractores y polémicas, no solo con el mismo Bolívar sino que algunos lo señalan por ser masón y ayudar al imperio inglés, pero eso ya es otro tema. Pero sin duda muy interesante lo que él podría aportar a Hive, seguramente sería un líder de comunidad como dices jeje Saludos!

Hablar de estos personajes es algo polémico y más pensar tenerlos en hive creo que sí lo colocamos en algún puesto de jerarquía podría ocurrir otra bifurcación al hacernos perder está plataforma.
La historia es buena o mala según el ojo del narrador al existir dos o más observadores hay X cantidad de versiones del relato.
Me divierte el hecho de imaginar a nuestro Miranda en la plataforma, no solo participaría en la comunidad de literatura sino también estoy muy segura que por su creatividad estaría diseñando algún banner o un NFT , haría unos post geniales sobre sus viajes por el mundo y rapidito llegaría a Ballena…🙃
Por cierto, esa imagen de Miranda en la Carraca es la imaginación del gran pintor Arturo Michelena que supone que así estaba en prisión según lo investigado para realizar la obra.👍
