PhotoFeed Contest - Cityscape Photography Round 110 - Rooms With Views.

Hello everyone!

I recently stopped off in Weston, just outside Southampton as somewhere completely new and different. I scanned Google Maps for any interesting locations in the area and visited this series of five residential tower blocks.

From left to right- Hampton Towers, Havre Towers, Oslo Towers, Copenhagen Towers & Rotterdam Towers.

I find the orientation interesting- the long side facing north west and the 'end' facing south west. Could it be that the angle favours the most sunlight throughout the year? Depending on the layout of the flats inside and the floor, some may not see much sunlight or have a view of the river.

Canberra Towers is a just to the east.
I couldn't find any notable history about this place. The building is a lot taller than the towers mentioned earlier and offers two thirds of the residents with a great view of the river and beyond!
