I’ve not taken the drone up for a while so with perfect conditions today and a trip to St Ives it seemed like a great idea. It’s been a while so a quick preflight camera check was called for. For the technical among you Hivers It’s a DJI Mini 3 Pro.

From the beach below the rail station off round the corner to St Ives. Doesn’t the sea look wonderful.
Round the headland and the first views of St Ives.

Battery starting to get a bit low so time to head back. First work out where Im sitting on the beach. Fingers crossed the wind doesn’t pick up these small drones struggle in the wind.
So there you have it a sort drone flight on a sunny day in St Ives.

I was down Cornwall last week and had contemplated going to St Ives, but the weather was pants, I really wasn't in much mood to go anywhere
I was down with some friends all week the skies were amazing we had a really great time
