My bud @solominer and I visited his Alpharreta community farm where he farms various plants and keep his bee hives. He wanted to show me so I brought my drone with me to take some shots. I was still pretty new at flying drones at the times so my video footage control is all over the place. hehehehe. @solominer has always been sided with nature every since I met him and his new place in VA is the most nature hardcore he has accomplished. The community garden he mentioned he helps the owner to check up on the farming grounds and equipment while solo has permision to keep his bee hives here. The video I tried to capture is just a quite peaceful hangout day with Solo. If you hangout with him its pretty peaceful and I feel comfortable as well especially when we lite up a joint or a bong.... yeaaaaaaaa. :) Always a good of mine... and now you get to see both of us in one video~~~
I believe this was the last video we took together as I was heading to Taiwan and now Solo is heading to Virginia. Not sure if we will ever meet back in Georgia... but will probably visit him in VA. @solominer homie~~ Good times man.

Wow, how many countries have you been to? Look like I have read about you in three different countries.
You and solo miner must be good pals and that's really beautiful. I run a very small fish farm as well and I will make a short clip about it someday.
@solominer is doing a great job, how does he cope with a beehive. I thought those creatures are dangerous.

I have been to many countries for work however to live in I would say... USA, Korea, China, Taiwan. It is why I want to blog a lot of things I experienced. and I also wish people can do the same. heheheeh.
Buddy, I would love to see your fish farm! Can you post it on WorkLife community if you are using your fish farm for business? I really would like to see what life and work is like in places where I have never been.

Drones hmm expensive toys and you need a permit here to fly them with camera , not sure if it's the type of photography for me yet.
Nice garden for macro and nature photography, although his new garden in VA didn't look that bad either.
I have been noticing there needs to be more and more permits for flying drones now globally. Its pretty hard getting the camera smooth when taking video but I think that is just practice.
For solo he is always surrounded by gardens~~ hehehe. Ahhh so those type of places are good for macro photography for little critters. I see.. yea makes sense. Maybe you should convince Solo to join your macro~ :)
i think he already followed / joined that group / community , nothing wrong with gardens it's the only thing i have a Diploma for , and i ended up in the IT world.
Gardening I was helping my dad's friend who does that for a living.... was hard work! Lots of chemistry in soil mixing, and had to layer the rocks first and then a layer of some soil, and then layers of this and that. I didn't know there is a science to gardening until I helped out during the weekends. Maybe that is why you went to IT, its almost similar... you need to know how to build and maintain a garden as well as a desktop computer right? :)
the gardening i still love to do , infact i hope to plant some bulbs today so that i have macro models in spring time. Building pc's is also fun but i already have enough servers in my house don't think i should build a Hive witness in the house or maybe i will when the ellectricity prices are back to normal again.
Gardening is really brings out satisfaction when the flowers or veggies are come out. Its a lot of hard work but it really pays off when you get the results you want. It one of thise things I really like cause you just cant rush it. Takes time and we need to wait. :)

Hey there welcome to the drone community and thanks for posting in our group! I kept looking for the bee hives and didn't spot them unless that's them top left in the early fly up. I've thought of some bee hives out here as well, so always interested to see and learn more. Flight wasn't too bad, most people don't realize how hard it is to get the smooth cine looking shots. It looks like the sensors auto-stopped on that one tree branch..
Hi~ Thanks for creating a community for people like us. I just saw some photos and n the community and wow some really know how to take a photograph. I am trying to get my butt off to fly more and get some good footage so today was a get up and just do it video reel with one of my good friend who introduced me to Hive.
Your right, its not easy to get a good shot at one time nice and smooth. when it does happen it looks really cool. :)
You have a good eye~ yes the sensor went off right at the branch and suddenly stopped the drone, and start beeping.

By the way about the bee hives, I forgot to mention that he wanted to show me but in the end he couldn't get a space. If you are interested in bees I recommend you to contact @solominer about it. He has been doing some bee project at his home and it was pretty neat.

The font used mostly is Roboto. You can find it from google site page its free. I like it because it's visually very legible.

Great video work!!! A drone is on my gadget wishlist for sure! lol
Its pretty fun however its not easy to just get out there and throw it up. It does take a little bit of prepwork. I do recommend buy a dji mini version and see if you like it first. The smaller ones are more easier to fly indoors and outdoors.
Once you like what you are flying then you can start moving to the big guns. I have a mavic air2 and also a mavic mini. Cheers!

Hey bud great video. I remember that day.
Technically I just volunteered there and my hives were planning to go there but failed to get the space for it needed onsite.
It was great everything you captured that day at the farm. I have a few pics I need to make a post of about the farm too.. I'll mention this post when I do.
