Life is full of difficult times and challenges; each one happens for a reason, and after a while, you’ll find yourselves smiling genuinely once more. Because, in truth, your dad lives on within you – through his teachings, his way of being, and his very presence. The problem is that you can’t see him. But that’s just how life is.
This topic and this memory brought to mind when my grandmother was alive; not always, but sometimes we would go on the tour of the seven churches. I was very young, but I remember it; it was like a tradition. I don’t do it anymore, but I keep it in my memories. Everything you’ve been through makes you a better person, because we all experience that the things in life are there for a reason. It has been a pleasure to know you in this life. Thank you, Jesús, for this memory that has brought mine to the surface at this moment. Hugs!🤗

You have described it beautifully, and I see that the sentiment I express in this post is something you, too, experienced with a loved one as dear as your grandmother. Yes, I do feel his presence; in fact, for the past few weeks, I have felt deeply connected to my dad once again—perhaps due to the time I spent with Mom during Holy Week.
