Last week, my whole family got together to eat cake, party, and celebrate a very special birthday, which was my mom's. And it wasn't just any birthday, because she was turning 56. It was a very special day for her, so we organized a big party days in advance and had to make sure everything went smoothly and send out invitations to the family so that everyone could attend. It was the perfect opportunity to hug relatives we hadn't seen in weeks and sing “Happy Birthday” together, as I mention in this short video summary of that great day. Everything turned out perfectly, allowing us to celebrate and recreate that birthday in our own style, which is why I am sharing this recent TBT with you.
La semana pasada toda mi familia se reunió para comer torta, festejar y celebrar un cumpleaños muy especial, como lo era el de mi madre y no era un cumpleaños cualquiera, ya que eran sus 56 años de edad. Siendo un día muy bonito para ella, desde días antes se organizó esa gran fiesta y teníamos que asegurar que todo saliera muy bien y pasarle la invitación a la familia, para que ese día todos pudieran asistir, siendo el momento perfecto para abrazar a los familiares que tenía semanas sin verlos y cantar juntos el respectivo cumpleaños, tal como les comento en ese pequeño video del resumen de lo que fue ese gran día y por eso todo salió de la mejor manera para así llevar y recrear ese cumpleaños a nuestro estilo y por eso le comparto este pequeño TBT bastante reciente.
It was a very different afternoon, as having the whole family together at home is something to be cherished, maintaining the same tradition that is followed on every birthday, where a couple of appetizers such as soups and drinks are served to add to the excitement, and even the photos that are a must on birthdays or any other important occasion. That's why we took several photos with each family member, and so the birthday party unfolded, with everyone having a great time and drinking wine to celebrate my mother's 56th birthday. My mom, as always, looked beautiful, and for the occasion, she wore a stunning outfit that really made her stand out. We gave her a couple of gifts for the day, starting with the cake, which was the best part of the night. It was a cake with lots of cream, cookies, and chocolate, which is why she liked it so much, since we ordered it without telling her anything, keeping it a big surprise.
Fue una tarde muy distinta, ya que al contar con toda la familia reunida en casa, es algo que se tiene que valorar mucho, manteniendo la misma tradición que se hace en cada cumpleaños, donde un par de entradas como cremas, bebidas y de esa manera darle más emoción, e incluso las fotos que nunca pueden faltar en los cumpleaños o en cualquier momento que sea importante, por eso varias fotos con cada miembro familiar y así sucesivamente se fue desarrollando el cumpleaños para que todos la pasaran muy bien y un vino para celebrar eso 56 años de mi madre. Mi mamá, como siempre muy bonita y para esa ocasión se colocó un gran atuendo que le resaltaba mucho y un par de regalos que le dimos para eso día comenzando desde la torta, que fue lo mejor de la noche, siendo esta una torta de mucha crema, galletas, chocolate y por eso le gusto mucho, ya que la pedimos sin comentarle nada manteniendo esa gran sorpresa.
My mom enjoyed her birthday to the fullest, and she's the kind of person who gets excited about everything, so imagine how she felt on her birthday, a time to eat cake and get together with part of the family. She reached a fairly advanced age, but that's no excuse for anything, and now there will be many more special moments for everything, and I will continue to see my mother enjoy herself, laugh, and dance, because that's the most beautiful thing one can have. It was a day when everything went very well and another memory of her birthday, and for me it was a great honor to be part of each of the surprises we gave her that day and to give her a big hug. My dad's birthday is coming up soon, and we are already organizing his birthday as well.
Un cumpleaños que mi mamá disfrutó al máximo y ella es la clase de personas que se emociona por todo ahora imagínense en su cumpleaños, siendo un momento para comer torta y reunirnos parte de la familia. Cumplió una edad bastante alta, sin duda, eso no es una excusa para nada y ahora es que vendrán muchos más momentos especiales para todo y seguir viendo a mi madre disfrutar, reír y bailar, ya que eso es lo más bonito que uno puede tener. Fue un día que todo salió muy bien y un recuerdo más de su cumpleaños y para mí fue un gran honor poder ser parte de cada una de las sorpresas que le dimos ese día y darle un gran abrazo. Próximamente se viene el cumpleaños de mi papá y ya estamos organizando su cumpleaños también.
