One of the periods that had the greatest impact on the world was after the pandemic, which created a before and after in people's outlook on life, and many things had to be adapted in order to move forward and continue with everyone's daily activities. There were times when many people, myself included, were afraid to go anywhere, However, as the months passed, everything returned to normal, and we were invited to a costume party especially for Halloween, which is something that takes on a life of its own and is celebrated from October 1 to 31. But the question at that time was, “What costume am I going to wear?”, since the last time I dressed up was when I was very young.
Una de las épocas que más impactó en el mundo fue después de la pandemia, la cual creó un antes y un después de las perspectivas de vida de la persona y muchas cosas tuvieron que adaptarse para así poder salir adelante y continuar con las actividades diarias de cada uno. Fueron momentos donde muchos y aquí mi incluyo tener miedo de salir a cualquier lugar, sin embargo, con el paso de los meses todo fue ya normal y una de esas nos invitaron a una fiesta con temática de disfraces especialmente para esta fechas donde el Halloween, la cual es algo que toma mucha vida y desde el día uno de octubre hasta el 31 se está celebrando, pero la cuestión en esa oportunidad y la pregunta fue ¿Qué disfraz voy a utilizar yo?, ya que la última vez que me disfrace cuando estaba muy pequeño.
Well, with these images, you can see that my friend and I had to find some mariachi hats, which are very typical and work perfectly as a costume. So we had everything ready and it was quicker than I thought. We still wear face masks for safety reasons, but at the same time we are very excited. It was a very good outing, where I had an incredible time after several months of being locked up, going to a place where there were people, music, and above all, a lot of costumes. I'm sad that I didn't take more photos that day, because the excitement of leaving the house with friends got the better of me. Years later, as I look back now, I only have these few, but I assure you that it was a night of terror and a lot of fun.
Bueno, y con estas imágenes ya se dieron cuenta de que junto a un amigo, nos tocó buscar unos sombreros de mariachi, algo que es muy típico y paso perfectamente como disfraz, por eso ya teníamos todo listo y fue más rápido de lo que yo pensé, además todavía andamos con el tapaboca por cuestiones de seguridad, pero a la vez muy emocionado. Fue una salida muy buena, donde la pase increíble luego de varios meses de estar encerrados a pasar a un lugar o donde había personas, músicas y sobre todo una gran cantidad de disfraces y triste por no haber tomado más fotos de ese día, ya que la emoción de salir de casa con los amigos, me ganó y años después como en este momento revisando tengo estas pocas, pero les aseguro que fue una noche de terror y mucha diversión.
Everything went very well, and starting that year, things began to change, and we could go out more, get together again, and not have to wear those face masks, which were one of the most terrible things, but it was for our own good. Beyond that, I'm sure this year they'll also have a costume party like those, and today's parties compared to those before the pandemic are totally different because of the constant need to innovate. That's why I'm sharing this little memory of a Halloween party.
Todo salió muy bien y, a parirte de ese año, ya las cosas fueron cambiando y uno ya podía salir más, volverse a reunir y sin tener que usar ese tapaboca, la cual fue una de las cosas más terribles, pero era por el bien de uno. Más allá de eso seguramente este año también harán una fiesta como esas de disfraces y las fiestas de hoy en día comparadas con las que se hacían antes de la pandemia y después son totalmente distintas por el mismo hecho de siempre innovar. Por eso les comparo este pequeño recuerdo de una salida de fiesta de Halloween.
