Catching the tail end of the monsoon season was different, this is a throwback to 2014, when we travelled from Amritsar to Srinagar, sadly due to tensions the latter part was cancelled, so when we got as far as Leh it was a flight back to Dehli. Which was a pit of a pisser, as I wasted half a day in the local Leh hospital after going arse over tit whilst rubber necking, still it is what it is.
A quick glance from the bedroom and Megan decided not to venture out, she didn't want to get moist today, so please, join me in and around, Mc'leod Ganj
So yeah guess I was a little more up for it, rain will not kill you.
Someone wasn't paying attention, no need to stick your hand out to see if it is raining, it is fucking obvious!
Mad dogs and englishmen don't just go out in the mid day sun they enjoy the rain too.
Traffic chaos is a major problem
The place is noisy, the blaring of music and the constant honking of horns
This was supposed to be a place of Buddhist serenity and calmness.
and whilst spidey got wet...
...I'm not as stupid as I look!
Hi Stephen! Thanks for participating in #TBT Thursdays. I love seeing so many photos, it makes us feel like we're experiencing it with you, but wow, the rain was really heavy those days. For me, it would be sad to travel and have it rain nonstop in that city. In fact, it has happened to me, and it's very limiting. The good thing is that you take it with grace and elegance. The sexy beast put on his raincoat and that was it, a normal day out like everyone else who lives there and is obviously used to the monsoons. Thank you for being here, a sincere hug for you my friend!...

Cheers @graceze thanks for dropping in, rain sun hey one life live it I say
That rain and traffic can certainly be stressful, plus the area looks very busy. It reminds me a lot of a place I was on the border between Venezuela and Colombia: lots of vehicles, a very narrow road, but plenty of places to visit, especially for food. The great thing about it all is that you handled it well and were able to do what you were going to do. Greetings friend, it was great reading your story and seeing these photos 🤜🤛... You Rock!!! 👍😎🔥📸❤️

cheers @fernanblog thanks for dropping in, and your positive vibes, glad you enjoyed the post, the traffic was dense but slow plenty of time to dodge in and out. Venezuela is a country I need to visit and some point
