HAMBURGUESA CRISPY / CRISPY BURGER (ESP-ENG)

HAMBURGUESA CRISPY

Hola, buenos días a todos. A diario invento comidas y nuevos sabores para mi casa y mi emprendimiento, incluso incursiono en cosas que no había preparado antes, y poco a poco les doy un sabor especial y único para que quede impreso ese toque original.

Hoy es el turno de la famosa hamburguesa Crispy, también llamada Crispy Chickens o simplemente Hamburguesa de Pollo. Considerando que la suavidad del pan es súper importante, los ingredientes que usé para prepararla fueron:

Pan Bimbo
Pechuga de pollo en filete
Jamón ahumado
Tocineta
Queso amarillo
Rikesa
Mayonesa
Salsa de tomate
Mostaza
Lechuga americana
Tomate
Pimienta
Ajo
Curry
Orégano
Harina de trigo
Aceite

Después de colocar mi filete de pechuga por unas horas en pimienta, curry, ajo, orégano y sal, lo pasé por harina de trigo y lo freí hasta quedar doradito y crujiente, porque para un verdadero filete Crispy ésas son dos cosas determinantes.

Paso siguiente, abrí las dos caras del pan y le fui colocando en cada lado las salsas, en la cara base coloqué en orden la lechuga, luego el pollo, la rikesa, el queso, el jamón, el tomate y las tiritas de tocineta, por último la cara tapa.

El resultado, de campeonato. Y también la acompañamos con pollito a la broaster y coca-cola.

CRISPY BURGER

Hello good mornig for everyone. Every day I invent foods and new flavors for my home and my business, I even venture into things that I had not prepared before, and little by little I give them a special and unique flavor so that that original touch is printed.

Today is the turn of the famous Crispy hamburger, also called Crispy Chickens or simply Chicken Burger. Considering that the softness of the bread is super important, the ingredients I used to prepare it were:

Bimbo bread
Chicken breast fillet
Smoked ham
Bacon
Yellow cheese
Rikesa
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
Mustard
American lettuce
Tomatoes
Pepper
Garlic
Curry
Oregano
Wheat flour
Oil

After placing my breast fillet for a few hours in pepper, curry, garlic, oregano and salt, I passed it through wheat flour and fried it until it was golden and crispy, because for a true Crispy filet those are two decisive things.

Next step, I opened the two sides of the bread and placed the sauces on each side, on the base side I placed the lettuce in order, then the chicken, the rikesa, the cheese, the ham, the tomato and the bacon strips, lastly the face cap.

The result, championship. And we also accompany it with broaster chicken and coca-cola.
