El día de hoy les dejare la receta de este exquisito postre, de fácil preparación y con pocos ingredientes.

Preparación/Preparation

Licuar en la licuadora la yema de los huevos por 1 minuto, luego se agrega la leche condensada y el jugo de la lata de melocotones. Se licua por 1 minuto más. Con está mezcla se cubren los melocotones que se encuentran en la fuente y formar picos con la ayuda de una cuchara, llevar al horno hasta que los picos doren.Se saca del horno y se coloca en un lugar donde no le pegue el aire. Al enfriar llevar al refrigerador
