Hello #3SPEAK community, once again I make a video for the #vlogchallenge, I know it's been a long time since my last challenge but it's still possible to continue and why not even finish it.
While checking my phone I managed to find the #vlogchallenge themes and for this occasion I chose gym time, I wanted to get out of the home routine for a moment, I have a very long time without training and I decided to exercise on the roof of my building.
I confess that this is the second time I go up the roof and the first time I do exercises on the place, although I admit that I really liked the experience of being outdoors as in heights and I think I would do it again.
Hola comunidad #3SPEAK, nuevamente realizo un video para el #vlogchallenge, se que ha pasado un largo tiempo desde mi ultimo challenge pero aún es posible continuar y porque no hasta terminarlo.
Mientras revisaba mi teléfono logré encontrar los temas del #vlogchallenge y para esta ocasión escogí tiempo de gimnasio, quise salir de la rutina del hogar por un momento, tengo un muy largo tiempo sin entrenar y decidí hacer ejercicios en la azotea de mi edificio.
Confieso que es la segunda vez que subo la azotea y primera que hago ejercicios en el lugar, aunque admito que me gusto mucho la experiencia de estar al aire libre como en alturas y creo que lo repetiría.
