It certainly is an interesting thought according to law of attraction we should be able to will it into existence.
I don't mean to make a bag of money appearing from nowhere like magic but you could try an affirmation.
Say this every morning and evening out loud and in front of a mirror if possible.
"Positive and financial energy flows to me from all sources easily supplying me with abundance from multiple resources daily."
I am not saying this will sort out all your financial issues but along with the correct actions of opportunity along with the affirmation will change your life if you accept it.
If you are thinking i need opportunity affirm that as well it is not hard.
"All positive and financial opportunities seek me out and are attracted to me to present themselves clearly and often."
One of the things i love about affirmations is they do not offend religious sensitivities so everyone can use them.
