Greetings everyone, my lovely friends and lovers of #midnightowl. I welcome you to my blog @amara24 and am happy to share my first post here for the year with you all. How are you all and I hope we all are enjoying and feeling the new year.
This week's prompt topic "How would you convince an early sleeper to stay awake at Midnight" I found this topic very interesting and interactive. I have an a early sleeper and which happens to be my husband, 😂 once he has taken his bath, as soon as it clocks 10pm there he hits the bed the next thing he will start snoring, don't even bother to try to wake him because it's a waste of time, because he has traveled to a dream land. While I will still be awake till midnight watching my favorite movie or I will be playing game.
This has continued like this for sometime now and I have thought about what could have been the reason why he sleeps on time. And I have come to know for sure recently, ever since we came back to the village for Christmas holiday it has been a distressful and hectic days for him, from one activities to another, if he's not at the kindreds meeting today, he will be at age grade meeting, wedding ceremony and lots more, activities and programs choke, he rarely have time for himself nor does he take his siesta.
Now my plan for him for him to be awake with me till midnight, it's to make sure he cut some of his activities for the day and make sure he try to sleep to during the day, so that he can be awake at midnight, there I will play his favorite game with him because he's a lover of soccer game and again for me to convince him to be awake with me at midnight, I will promise to massage him fully before he sleeps because he loves when I massage without being told because he knows I will do it with my full chest. This is another trick to keep him awake till midnight which I know he will accept with his full chest without hesitation. 😄
