Hola amigos linda tarde de este día ,bueno acá en mi pueblo digamos que si ya es de tarde ,quería compartirles un poco de estas fotitos que tomé ayer después de salir a caminar un rato al parque y despejar mi mente de los problemas y ajetreos que en la vida puedan surgir,y es que si salir de nuestra zona de confort a veces pareciera ser tan difícil cuando no tenemos ánimos o cuando la vida que llevamos suele ser rutinaria monótona o consecutiva,y es que en mi caso siento que debo planear las cosas para poder salir ,pero se que debo cambiar esta manera de pensar porque no está mal salir de vez en cuando a caminar respirar aire puro que me encanta y observar la naturaleza tambien hacer nuevos amigos y ejercitarnos que es muy bueno para nuestra salud.

Lo que más me causa placer de salir es observar mi entorno mantenerme en completa actividad física mientras lo hago me encanta ,salir a correr trotar ,caminar largas calles es una manera de conectar con lo que me rodea me hace tener otra perspectiva de las cosas y disfrutar los momentos porque si bien se todos los momentos no son iguales y aunque se repitan situaciones o salidas al mismo lugar créanme que todo en su tiempo es diferente.
What gives me the most pleasure about going out is observing my surroundings and staying in complete physical activity while I do it. I love going out for a run, jogging, walking long streets. Cuando salí este día el sol estaba algo fuerte y se que era momento para llevarme mis gafas de sol que me he comprado así que tocaba usarlas ,este lugar que siempre me gusta ir es muy relajante y fresco aunque el clima en mi ciudad es algo húmedo con mucha más fuerza el calor se pone intenso y que mejor que ir a este lugar y disfrutar de la sombra de los árboles y el césped fresco ,sin duda me encanta esto está terapia natural que nos brinda nuestra madre naturaleza y de la cual admiro mucho ,me encantaron las fotografias que este dia pude tomar.
