Honestly, the weight gain so far has been very limited since I'm coming from 73kg a couple months ago. I really need to get my act together again though, as right now I'm just fully living on short term dopamine impulese (staying up late, sleeping ling, unhealthy eating, binge watching, gaming, gambling (still wisely controlled), limited work-outs, which never ends good. For some reason it always has to be one extreme or the other and only when I actually start feeling bad I'm able to make the switch again.
