Thanks Erikah it was a couple of years ago. It was sad and I have come to peace with it. I have the pictures and memories that will remain with me. My mother had the worst time with it. She lived there for almost 45 years. She also put a lot of work getting it ready for sale. She invested money fixing a few things. I wish I worked and lived in the area I would have taken over ownership.
