Hola amigos feliz noche a todos espero que se encuentren súper bien, hoy estoy aquí para contar mi experiencia al ser sometída a una cirugía de emergencia que no fue una muy grata experiencia pero entre todo le dió gracias a Dios por seguir aquí y ya estar estable . El día viernes me levanté con un ligero dolor en el lado derecho del abdomen al cual no le preste atención lo único que hice fue decirle a mi novio que tenía una molestia y que me tomaría un calmante , me fuí a trabajar y todo normal, el sábado en la mañana cuando desperté el dolor se habia puesto mas agudo pero tenía que ir a trabajar ya que tenia muchas citas agendadas para ese día, al medio dia el dolor se hizo mucho las intenso y pensé que era por no comer, mande a comprar un yogurt y me tomé otro analgésico y con mucha dificultad pero logre terminar mi jornada laboral.

Le dije a mi novio que iba a tomar un taxi a casa ya que no soportaba el dolor , al llegar a casa el insistió en llevarme al hospital pero le dije que no que solo necesitaba descansar, me hicieron una sopa y me acosté a dormir, a la 1 AM desperté con un dolor insoportable que me hizo llorar llamamos a mi mamá y lo único que podíamos hacer era esperar que amaneciera , en la mañana a eso de las 7 am me llevaron a un centro de salud y de inmediato me remitieron al hospital.

No les voy a mentir el hospital es un caos y aunque un enfermero me revisó mis signos vitales tenía mucha fiebre y me colocaron un suero pero fue exactamente a las 3 pm que me atendió un médico , si estaba todavía soportando fiebre y dolor ya que no me podían colocar ningun analgésico hasta no ser evaluada por un medico, aunque me revisó este doctor no era cirujano y tuve que soportar otra hora con dolor y fiebre en ese momento con exámenes a la mano y evaluación de dos médicos y un médico cirujano dieron el diagnóstico de que era apendicitis y debía ser operada de inmediato, a las 5:30 pm de la tarde fue que dieron la orden de colocarme analgésicos aun asi el dolor no se iba .

Me prepararon a las 7:30 pm para entrar a quirófano y no se cómo hizo mi novio pero logro entrar al área donde estaba y compartir unos momentos conmigo estaba realmente nerviosa nunca antes me he sometído a una cirugía, mi mamá estuvo conmigo en todo momento e hizo todo lo posible para que yo fuera operada esa misma noche ya que la intención de los cirujanos era operarme al día siguiente.

En quirófano fuí tratada súper bien usaron anestesia local en la columna pues la anestesióloga no quería usar anestesia general conmigo, el tema de la anestesia fue bastante doloroso y ocasiono que sufriera hipótension ( baja de tensión) también presente taquicardia, a pesar todo todo eso mi cirugía se considero exitosa, salí a las 10 pm de quirófano y me llevaron a sala de recuperación. Mi mamá nunca soltó mi mano y en horas de la mañana tuve unas pequeñas complicaciones, mi tensión seguía muy baja , me desmaye dos veces y mi hemoglobina estaba muy baja , seguía con taquicardia.

Las condiciones del hospital no son las mejores y a pesar que mi cuadro no era el mejor los médicos se debatían si era mejor dejarme en observación o enviarme a casa por peligro de contraer una bacteria por la falta de aires acondicionados, a pesar de todo me dieron de alta , mi mejor amiga @denissemata se encontraba conmigo en esos momentos y le agradezco todo su apoyo al igual el apoyo de la señora @chironga67 , el apoyo de mi tía y mi prima y por supuesto el de mi madre que hasta el día de hoy no me a dejado sola el de mi novio que ha estado ahí haciendo todo a su alcance para mi recuperación, una vez aprobada mi alta mis suegros me fueron a buscar y también han sido super atentos conmigo.

Fueron dos días muy difíciles para mí y mi familia y solo le agradezco a Dios el seguir aquí y que todo saliera bien dentro de las cosas negativas, sin más solo les puedo decir que si tienen un dolor abdominal no aguanten como yo pues su vida puede estar en peligro.
