This is a special weekend, at the Palermo racetrack there was a barbecue fair at the same time as the normal activities at the racetrack were taking place. It is always nice to walk around and explore all the spaces there because it is rich in architecture, history and nature. We decided to go to the race track first and enjoy every round, we even made a couple of bets for fun and recreation.
Being in these places is very good in many ways, you meet people from all over the world, there are many foreigners and friendly people who chat with you according to the bets.
This photo was taken just before we left, I think before the last race started. The sky was very cloudy, and it was just before the storm.
The following photo is of a space dedicated to the exhibition round of horses and riders. Every time a race is about to start, all the participants enter as a method of introducing themselves to the public.
These are catwalk horses, that's what I call them haha, they are riders who are there and stand very close to the public so they can pet them and interact with them.
These horses have never run a race.
A roundabout with a sign indicating the direction in which the horse exhibition round is located.
This was just a photo I took of this particular area.
And finally, a small sample of what they sold at the barbecue fair. I'm sorry I didn't take more photos of this but I know there will be plenty of other opportunities.
That's all folks! Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
