Greetings, dear and valued friends! Happy midweek! Today I want to share with you all a little bit about what an afternoon of exploring and visiting pharmacies was like in search of medicine for my mom, accompanied by my little daughter.
Almost always when we go out shopping or run errands, the three of us go together, because we love to walk and spend time together.
Since my sister left for Colombia, my mom has been left at home alone with my father, who still works. So she spends the day alone. Therefore, every time we leave the house, I invite her to join me. Even if I don't need to buy anything, it still serves as a distraction.
So, that day, I told her early on that we would go to downtown Juangriego to get some household items, and she told me she needed to buy some pills. I told her it was fine, and we arranged a time to leave.
As it happened in the afternoon, my husband drove me to the city center, and since he didn't have much gas, he had to wait for us. So my daughter, my mother, and I began our search. First, we went to the pharmacy where my mother always shops. There, we found almost all of our medications, only missing her blood pressure pills.
She told me it didn't matter because she still had some at home, but I figured since we were already downtown, it wouldn't cost us anything to look for other pharmacies. So we began our tour, since there are many pharmacies in this downtown area, which is very good.
Well, after visiting a few, we found them, which made me feel more at ease. After that, we went to the Chinese store for a crazy job: to glue some shoes that were coming unglued and a fire starter. Since my husband was waiting for us, we didn't want to make him wait any longer, because between one pharmacy and another, and my shopping, we spent a couple of hours.
But we spent some time walking, sharing, and in the best company.

Saludos 😉
