Un dia formación Educativa, para fortalecer mi área laboral [Esp/Eng]

Saludos queridos amigos, feliz día para todos ustedes, está semana a pasado súper rápido no les parece, ya casi estamos nuevamente en fin de semana. Hace unos días, recibí por medio de la directiva de la institución una invitación a participar en una formación educativa en el área de matemáticas, dirigida a los docentes de dicha área de las distintas instituciones de tres municipios del estado, de nuestra institución participarían 5 docentes del área.

Greetings dear friends, happy day to all of you, this week has gone by super fast don't you think, we are almost back to the weekend.
A few days ago, I received through the board of the institution an invitation to participate in an educational training in the area of mathematics, aimed at teachers of that area of the various institutions of three municipalities in the state, our institution would participate 5 teachers in the area.

Les confieso que al principio no quería asistir pues siempre me siento un poco incómoda entre tantos profesionales, con años de trayectoria, y demás y pues a pesar de que no asistiría sola tenía el pensar de que los demás no irían y estaría sola por la institución. Este encuentro se realizó el día miércoles a las 8 de la mañana en una institución seleccionada, un poco lejos pero decidí asistir y poder así ir creciendo poco a poco.

I confess that at first I did not want to attend because I always feel a little uncomfortable among so many professionals, with years of experience, and others and then even though I would not attend alone had the thought that others would not go and I would be alone by the institution.
This meeting was held on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. in a selected institution, a little far away but I decided to attend and thus be able to grow little by little.

Al llegar a la institución quince minutos antes de la hora establecida, para mí sorpresa ya estaban dos de mis colegas que pensé no asistirían, solo habían como unos 8 docentes, como ustedes sabrán estás actividades siempre empiezan un poco más tarde de lo planificado.
Luego nos hicieron pasar a un espacio amplio donde habíamos banquetas y estaba preparado para una pequeña presentación, ya para este momento si había más docentes unos 35 a 40.

When I arrived at the institution fifteen minutes before the scheduled time, to my surprise there were already two of my colleagues that I thought would not attend, there were only about 8 teachers, as you may know these activities always start a little later than planned.
Then they made us go to a large space where we had benches and was prepared for a small presentation, and by this time if there were more teachers about 35 to 40.

Lo encargados realizaron una corta ponencia y luego nos dividieron por niveles, inicial, básica y media general y nos fuimos a las mesas de trabajo cada grupo con un tema o mejor dicho una rama de la matemática diferentes, entre ellas, probabilidad y calculo, estadística, geometría, aritmética y álgebra. La finalidad era que cada grupo plasmara sus propuestas y sugerencias de como abordar cada rama, tuvimos un par de horas de discusión y terminamos con la socialización y la visita del ente superior de educación del estado.

Those in charge made a short presentation and then we were divided by levels, initial, basic and general high school and we went to the work tables each group with a different topic or rather a different branch of mathematics, including probability and calculus, statistics, geometry, arithmetic and algebra.
The purpose was for each group to express their proposals and suggestions on how to approach each branch, we had a couple of hours of discussion and ended with the socialization and the visit of the state's higher education body.

Les cuento que me sentí incómodo porque parecía la más joven entre todos, pero mis compañeros estaban allí y me hicieron sentir confianza. Me encantó el participar pues como no aprender de todos estos profesionales, fue una experiencia increíble y muy gratificante, lastima que no se de amenudo.

I tell you that I felt uncomfortable because I seemed the youngest among all, but my classmates were there and made me feel confident.
I loved participating because how could I not learn from all these professionals, it was an incredible and very rewarding experience, too bad it does not happen often.

Saludos colega, de verdad que la semana se nos fue súper rápido, en un abrir y cerrar de ojos estaremos a mitad de año. Poder compartir este tipo de talleres con personas de larga trayectoria es maravilloso porque se aprende cosas nuevas, yo también bme sentía igual al inicio de mi carrera y hoy en día asisto a cualquier taller al que me envíen.
