This is so annoying and sad. Basic necessities like this should have already been provided by the government but sad to hear you have to get them yourself. :< We pay our taxes right yet they can't even provide us with basic necessities when we need it the most.

I totally agree,but there’s nothing we can do except accept it. Because even if we argue , they still won’t take action. Perhaps, they'll action but takes a lot of time.
