My mug from a local potter met with an untimely accident, too, so now I use a mug I received as a gift, or the one I got at a yard sale. I have a couple I got as gifts from my library Dungeons & Dragons players, but I don't want to risk breaking those.
Damn, getting a dent on those would be a problem. I'd love to get a lathe to make wood mugs. I could make them with hand tools, but it would take a crazy amount of time.
