Siempre los domingos, aparte de dejar todo listo para comenzar la semana de trabajo, me realizo mis rutinas de cuidado del cabello, me aplico mascarillas faciales, o lo que se me ocurra para relajarme un poco y tener ese tiempo de calidad conmigo. En esta oportunidad temprano tenía cita con la manicurista, desde un tiempo para acá me he venido haciendo las uñas en acrílicos, porque en el entorno donde trabajo nos exigen tenerlas arregladas (cosas que me parece normal) sin embargo, para mi no es una opción pintármelas yo misma porque no me dura nada la pintura, máximo tres días y ya se me desconchan todas, y en la semana no me da chance de estármelas retocando.

This time early I had an appointment with the manicurist, since some time ago I have been doing my nails in acrylics, because in the environment where I work they require us to have them done (things that seems normal to me) however, for me it is not an option to paint them myself because the paint does not last at all, maximum three days and they all peel off, and during the week I don't have the chance to touch them up.
Mi cita era a las diez de la mañana, siempre entre tantos diseños elijo los más sencillos, creo que en la simplicidad hay belleza. Escogí un color blanco, y siempre me las realizo cortas. Me da un poco de gracia porque la manicurista siempre me dice: Julli, ¿qué te harás esta vez? Y yo casi siempre elijo colores claritos o básicos jeje. Hoy fui un poco arriesgada porque a pesar de que elegí blanco, quería que me aplicará el efecto aurora que ya lo había visto en fotos y quedé totalmente enamorada del resultado 10/10.

Llegué a mi casa a eso de las doce y media, con hambre y con un calor que no lo aguantaba, sentía que el sol me consumía toda la energía que tenía. Me sentía casada, agotada, acalorada, estaba muy incomoda cuando llegué a la casa, y a pesar de que tenía hambre prefería bañarme primero porque no aguantaba ni un segundo más así, y por supuesto que me relajé. Siempre lavarme el cabello para mí es un ritual. Suelo aplicarme una mascarilla, pero para el momento no la tenía, se me acabó la semana pasada.
I arrived home at about half past twelve, hungry and with a heat that I could not stand, I felt that the sun consumed all the energy I had. I felt married, exhausted, hot, I was very uncomfortable when I got home, and even though I was hungry I preferred to take a bath first because I couldn't stand another second like that, and of course I relaxed. Washing my hair is always a ritual for me. I usually apply a hair mask, but I didn't have one at the moment, I ran out last week.
Me aplico mi shampoo de costumbre, lo varío siempre porque el cabello después se acostumbra. Utilizo este baño de crema y como no tenía la mascarilla, pues la usé y lo dejé unos diez minutos para enjuagarlo, y ya después de secarlo al natural, me aplico mi protector térmico de novex que me ha gustado bastante.
I apply my usual shampoo, I always vary it because my hair gets used to it. I use this cream bath and since I didn't have the mask, I used it and left it for about ten minutes to rinse it, and after drying it naturally, I apply my novex thermal protector that I liked a lot.
Después de todo mi ritual jaja, sí realicé el almuerzo, y me relajé un poco, por fortuna ayer limpié y lavé mi uniforme, adelantando lo más que pude para que hoy fuera un día más de descanso. A pesar de todo, fue un domingo bastante productivo.
After all my ritual haha, I did make lunch, and relaxed a bit, fortunately yesterday I cleaned and washed my uniform, getting as far ahead as I could so that today was more of a rest day. All in all, it was a pretty productive Sunday.
