Hi and hello every one...
I would like to share the journey of mine and the experience,challenges and consequences faced during the journey..
But still the journey is on...
After 10th class itself started the first job as an telephone operator thought would earn handsome money and help family but found challenges were more powerful than family so couldn't contribute to family. Every day and every month after getting salary was spent in own expenses never thought of any savings nor helped any one.
Days and years passed completed junior college side by side working in same organisation as supervisor.
Position got changed small peanut salary was increased and same time expenses also increased amd i remain same.
To have more money left job and started own business of mobile phone connections. Entirely new latest technology in town.
No one was aware of and i personally bought and statted selling.First person using mobile in college.slowly had own mobile shop.
Simce nothing is fix and competitors came into market business margin gone down.
Shop with no investment and with few stock competitors took advantage and captired the market. Personally wanted to grow so didnt bother and accepted challenge that future would be good so went on doing sales.
To survie and sustain along with business also started new job in steel plant as an data operator. worked in three shifts for almost three years and slowly slowly forgot of doing sales ans buisness.
Accepted one challenge to survie and sustain but on other hand new challenge came in was not anle to do business in proper way....
Small salary with low business revenue and personal own attitude of doing something never let me to drop in between. So still kept my journey on...
Later once again accepted new bank job in sales. Thought while doing job will be able to do our own business. Almost made mind clear and focused to do so.
Changed another more couple of jobs to increase salary but never ever had kept anything as savings...
More i started earning same time more i had my expenses.
Consequences that whenever needed i never had money for anything.
Whenever i have changed the new changes, challenges had equally balanced me and kept at the same stage. it was not only this one condition but also it was only me.
Every where at every stage only me.
Bringing business, closing business, running business and with all this also doing job.
Going forward left home country and sarted job in sales.
Leaving all business and home country working for others and growing their business.
In new country all new people with many other nationalities a new job again with all new challenges.
Worked almost twelve years in sales now finally again took a turn for own business.
Started our company and again new challenges.
Al in short would like to share is were ever you go or whatever you do or whatever new you satrt you will have to wait, accept all changes, and be positive focused on your work.
Tome may come in front of you many times showing you or realising you that you are good for nothing!!
But still my journey is on...
As of now i will close my own story experience in short but would share you more in my next post specially more on results on work and expectations from you in family
