For me, keeping a bullet journal is more of a way to incorporate psychological therapies; the act of writing by hand and creating the sections I need for the month makes me feel like I’m not wasting pages, unlike when I buy a pre-made planner where I often go days without writing anything. Here, I can create the sections I want to highlight each month based on my monthly priorities without wasting supplies. On the other hand, doing it is quite therapeutic.
