Y si, amigos y amigas, llego el 2024 y con ello una vez iniciar el mes de enero tenemos que ir a la playa, y es que no hay nada como colocar tus pies en la arena y sentir que el mar llega y despacio para mojar parte de tu cuerpo, la brisa marina y el sonido de las olas te hacen olvidar por momentos del día a día para enfocarnos en lo maravilloso de la naturaleza.
Intente llegar a la playa temprano para poder ubicar un buen lugar en el cual sentarme y estar cómodo, además llevé algunas cosas para comer y merendar durante mi estadía corta pero placentera en el mar.
Finalmente entramos al agua, el primer chapuzon del año, con precaución para que evitemos nos pueda ocurrir algo que no deseamos, y es que si, fui solo sin compañía, esa sensación de agua salada, te paralizas un momento y ves la inmensidad del mar y del cielo azul solo para ti.
Un par de raquetas y una pelota para jugar, aún estando solo en la playa consegui un par de compañeros para poder jugar y que las horas se hicieran más divertidas, y es que sin darme cuenta se pasaron dos horas, ya era momento de almorzar, decidí comer en un restaurante que ofrecía buena comida y además no tenía que moverme porque me podían traer la comida a mi lugar escogido ese día.
Después de unos minutos decidí empacar mis cosas y caminar... caminar por esa arena blanca, caliente pero majestuosa, junto al paisajes que pude ver lo hermoso de las aguas que se entrelazan, realmente fue un deleite para mi, y para todo aquel que se anime a tener un día de playa. aunque hay que tener cuidado con algunas especies marinas como los erizos o agua malas que están regados y no pueden causar un mal rato.
No olviden usar protector solar y estar bien hidratados porque el sol que pega y es muy fuerte, tampoco se sientan mal si no tienen con quien ir y pasar un día de playa, las mejores aventuras y días memorables los puedes pasar estando solo, tiempo para ti, para sanar y estar línea con la naturaleza.
Por último pero no menos importante lleva un parlante para que disfrutes al ritmo de una buena música, sanamente, sin molestar a tu vecino, un volumen moderado para no incomodar y si tienes basura no la eches en la playa recogela y lleva a un recipiente para basura, cuidala y amala que es tuya, mía y de todos.

A pair of racquets and a ball to play, even being alone on the beach I got a couple of partners to play and that the hours became more fun, and without realizing it two hours passed, it was time for lunch, I decided to eat at a restaurant that offered good food and also did not have to move because they could bring me the food to my chosen place that day.i8
After a few minutes I decided to pack my things and walk... walking along that white sand, warm but majestic, next to the landscape that I could see the beautiful of the waters that intertwine, really was a delight for me, and for anyone who is encouraged to have a day at the beach. although you have to be careful with some marine species such as sea urchins or bad water that are watered and can not cause a bad time.
Do not forget to use sunscreen and be well hydrated because the sun that hits and is very strong, do not feel bad if you do not have anyone to go and spend a day at the beach, the best adventures and memorable days can be spent alone, time for you, to heal and be in line with nature.
Last but not least bring a speaker to enjoy the rhythm of good music, healthy, without disturbing your neighbor, a moderate volume so as not to disturb and if you have garbage do not throw it on the beach pick it up and take it to a trash can, take care of it and love it, it is yours, mine and everyone.
