Recientemente inauguraron un parque cerca de mi hogar y fui con mi esposo, es enorme y tiene diferentes áreas para hacer deporte y poder ejercitarse, mi favorita fue el área de aparatos, hay una gran variedad para ejercitar las diferentes partes del cuerpo y están fabulosos.
No me resistí a montarme en todos los aparatos para probar como se sentía ejercitarse allí, aunque no estaba vestida para hacer ejercicios, me gustó mucho y espero poder volver pronto para quemar algunas calorías.
