Buenas noches querida comunidad es un gusto estar por acá esta bella noche compartiendo con ustedes una maravilloso martes que pase en el CDI. Ahora estoy en el turno de la mañana con mis compañeros, y es también fino, hoy atendimos a más de 20 pacientes, unos tras otro y yo en esta ocasión estuve en agentes físicos colocando infarrojo.
Mi amiga Ana y yo estábamos en las dos lámparas y así agilizabamos más el proceso y los pacientes no esperaban tanto. El calor se coloca en la zona que la tarjeta de tratamiento indica, y pues fueron varios zonas del cuerpo, que si el hombro, la cervical, la lumbar, la mano, las rodillas y el codo.
La lámpara de infrarrojo se coloca de 5 a 10 minutos, a los pacientes se le coloco 5 minutos a cada uno por el flujo que había, ya después de allí se iban a gimnasio para que le hicieran las movilizaciones y demás ejercicios. La verdad fue una mañana muy movida, me gusta este turno y espero aprender cosas nuevas cada día 😊.
