Hola mis amores.
Los tengo un poco abandonados porque he tenido unos días de locura total en el lugar donde trabajo.
Nuestra jefa inmediata ha estado realizando algunos cambios que implica realizar un poco más de trabajo porque es difícil trabajar con niños y a la vez tratar de cumplir algunos de los aspectos que planifican para la semana.
También se nos hace más difícil porque el año pasado entro un personal que parece no estar calificado para el cargo que se les asignó. Prácticamente, me he tenido que involucrar junto a mi jefa para poder evaluar la planificación, e instrumento de trabajo de estas personas para asegurarnos que todo cumpla con los lineamientos y así evitar un llamado de atención más adelante. También esto debería asegurar el correcto trabajo que se pueda realizar con los niños.
Estoy en constante planificación y descargando actividades para realizar junto a mis colegas para que los niños se enamoren más de la escuela y puedan adquirir un aprendizaje que perdure en sus vidas. Aunque debo confesar que no todo ha sido trabajo porque he podido tomar un tiempo con mis colegas para compartir un rato y debatir sobre las siguientes actividades a ejecutar.
Esto es todo por hoy mis amores y próximamente les estaré compartiendo más de mi día.
Hello my loves.
I've been a bit neglected because I've had a few days of total craziness at the place where I work.
Our immediate boss has been making some changes which means a little more work because it is difficult to work with children and at the same time try to accomplish some of the things they plan for the week.We are also finding it more difficult because last year we had some staff come in who seem to be unqualified for the position they were assigned. Practically, I have had to get involved with my boss in order to evaluate the planning and work instruments of these people to make sure that everything complies with the guidelines and to avoid a reprimand later on. This should also ensure the correct work can be done with the children.
I am constantly planning and downloading activities to do together with my colleagues so that the children fall more in love with school and can acquire learning that will last in their lives. Although I must confess that not everything has been work because I have been able to take some time with my colleagues to share some time and discuss about the next activities to execute.
