This week I was fully immersed in university life, both teaching and administrative duties. However, what I enjoy most is teaching, which is why I end up sharing what I do during those important moments for me.
The point is, it was a very productive week. Personally, I feel like I'm contributing my bit to the students. In the meetings with the three sections I teach, we share many experiences, not only so they can learn, but also so we can enrich each other's knowledge.
The classes were dynamic and also emotional. Many students opened their hearts. Some self-awareness and motivational activities even led to tears, but always with the goal of helping them emerge stronger.
It was a super enriching week. It's not just about teaching; it's also about listening, understanding, and empathizing with the students.
They are not machines; they are human beings who deserve our attention, respect, and empathy.
With each of my classes, I won't change the world of university education, but I feel I can sow the seeds of curiosity, motivation, self-confidence, and respect so that students see themselves as capable of achieving their dreams and turning them into real goals.

Ésta semana estuve full en la universidad, tanto a nivel de docencia como administrativo, sin embargo lo que más me gusta es dar clases, por eso termino echando el cuento de lo que hago en esos momentos tan importantes para mí.
La cuestión es que fue una semana bastante productiva. En lo personal siento que estoy aportando mi granito de arena con los chicos, en los encuentros con las tres secciones que atiendo compartimos muchas experiencias, no solo para que ellos aprendan, sino para alimentarnos mutuamente de conocimientos.
Fueron clases dinámicas, también emotivas, muchos estudiantes abrieron sus corazones, algunas actividades de auto reconocimiento y motivación propiciaron escenarios para incluso ver lágrimas, pero siempre buscando que salgan más fortalecidos.
Fue una semana súper enriquecedora, no solamente hace falta enseñar, también escuchar, entender, comprender a los estudiantes. Ellos no son máquinas, son seres humanos que merecen de nuestra atención, respeto, empatía.
Con cada una de mis clases no cambiaré el mundo de la educación universitaria, sin embargo siento que puedo ir sembrando la semilla de la curiosidad, motivación, auto confianza y respeto para que los estudiantes se vean capaces de alcanzar sus sueños, convertirlos en metas reales.
