University vacation is approaching; at least we leave on December 19th, however, the students said their goodbyes this week.
Many students were begging me not to come to class, hehe, because they had finished their meetings with other professors and would only see me. But no way, when they saw me, they had no choice but to come into the classroom. I was amazed, because there were quite a few students considering the dates 🎄.
This week I taught two sections; the other had finished with me. The remaining activities were done with dynamics and case studies, so that creativity would be activated and the class wouldn't be boring. Values such as responsibility, camaraderie, and respect were applied. In short, it was very interesting, starting from the students' experiences.
I'm happy to end the year seeing so much motivation in the students. They radiate light; they're not the same as they were three months ago. That makes me happy because through my guidance class, I've been able to guide them a little.
This week was a wrap-up with many learning experiences for both sides. We're in the classroom to motivate, to encourage, to empathize with these students, not to belittle them. They're human; they need to be heard, regardless of the subject. All teachers should practice socio-emotional skills with their students to achieve positive results.
I'm saying a happy goodbye to my students this week, with the commitment to return even more enthusiastic for 2026.

Se acercan las vacaciones en la universidad, por lo menos nosotros salimos el 19 de diciembre, sin embargo los estudiantes se despidieron ésta semana.
Muchos estudiantes estaban rogando que no fuera a dar clases, Jejeje, porque terminaron sus encuentros con otros docentes, solo se verían conmigo, pero que va, cuando me vieron no les quedó de otra que entrar al aula, asombrada quedé yo, porque fueron bastante estudiantes considerando las fechas🎄.
Ésta semana atendí dos secciones, la otra había terminado conmigo, las actividades pendientes fueron con dinámicas, estudios de caso, de manera que se activará la creatividad, que no fuera una clase aburrida, se aplicarán valores como la responsabilidad, el compañerismo, respeto, en fin, fue bien interesante, partiendo desde las experiencias de los chicos.
Me alegra cerrar el año viendo tanta motivación en los estudiantes, desprenden luz, no son los mismos que llegaron hace tres meses, eso me pone feliz porque a través de mi materia orientación los he podido encaminar un poquito.
Ésta semana fue un cierre con muchos aprendizajes de parte y parte, estamos en las aulas para motivar, para insistir, para empatizar con esos chicos no para hacerlos menos, son humanos, necesitan ser escuchados, independientemente de la materia. Todos los docentes deben practicar cualidades socio emocionales con sus estudiantes para tener un resultado positivo.
Me despido feliz ésta semana de mis chicos, con el compromiso de regresar más que animados para el próximo 2026.
