It’s a beautiful day , i and my friend dorothy decided to try a new restaurant in town since it been long we hung out together so we decided to check out some spot and then we saw this restaurant named basillico Abuja from the reviews we saw online i think the restaurant is a Asian restaurant with different menu in it to explore and from the reviews online the ambiance look really pretty. On that day we dressed up and headed to the restaurant we picked when we got there something interesting happened , on our arrival to the location the security told us the resturant no longer exist at first i thought the security was trying to pull our legs not until we confirmed from another person that the restaurant doesn’t longer exist truly . For a moment i and my friend was genuinely confused and suprise so our effort , time and transportation have been wasted ? In that moment we knew we just had to find another location or go back home but going back was not what we would want to settle for so we had to pick a second location.
We finally saw a location called brunch lane by waffles it a very cute spot with different breakfast and brunch menu . We were properly welcomed by the waiters and immediately we placed our other I ordered for pancakes and fresh orange juice while my friend dorothy ordered for sandwiches and milkshakes . Although i wasn’t so comfortable because people were much in the cafe and the restaurant had pictures policy you either take your while sitting and capturing of customers in your pictures is also prohibited it wasn’t a bad experience it was just disappointing that the first restaurant we wanted exploring put a wrong location in the their profile and they never showed any concern for their actions .
It was nice exploring brunchlane and i can’t wait to visit again .
Too bad your initial location plan failed. I can tell how annoying it is. I think it was better that you looked up another location rather than going home. Brunch lane looks good. I can tell the ambience is pretty nice. And you look good too.
It was really sad to be honest at end of the day I’m glad I explored brunch lane. Thanks for the nice comments 🤭
