Simple Curls For 3D Shoulders - My Fitness Journey Day1

I kick-started my fitness training already and I'm glad to share my progress for Day1 of building bigger shoulders (3D Shoulders).
So with my Dumbbells, I used the possible right movements to target the essential muscles around my shoulders.

If you watch the video above, I displayed two of the exercises I did, I couldn't record the last one for rare delts and shoulders because of low power on my phone but that will be next time.
The first exercise. I targeted the front delts, raising the dumbbells to form angle 90° from my hands to my chest.

The second. I targeted the side delts. I turned the dumbbells horizontally and raised them exactly 90° from my chest. This was more painful:( but we keep it rolling.
The last was the rare delts. Bend my back facing the ground perpendicularly, then lifted the dumbbells from the ground to side.
Some few body aches specially around the shoulders but that's normal because it's been awhile.

Meanwhile, we keep building and transforming. Hope to meet people here of same interest so we keep building together...
