Un parcial más, es un parcial menos para alcanzar mi meta.
Recién salgo de mi primer parcial de Pediatría II y no puedo estar más orgullosa por mi desempeño. 18 temas para ser evaluados de forma oral por dos doctoras. En el grupo de todos los compañeros había un debate para ver como sería la modalidad del parcial, oral o escrito, pero la encuesta quedó empatada. Al final, los doctores siempre tienen la última palabra. Por mi parte, desde que conocí la modalidad oral, prefiero las evaluaciones así, siento que en estas tienes mayor oportunidad de defenderte. Eso sí, debes tener mayor confianza, mostrar seguridad y por supuesto haber leído todos los temas!, porque nunca sabes por donde sale la pregunta jejeje. En esta ocasión las dos doctoras que me evaluaron tenían a la mano el temario, de tal forma de no pasarse ningún tema, fueron bastante organizadas a la hora de evaluar. De igual forma, durante el examen iban anotando cada cosa que el estudiante dice como respuesta, es una técnica de evaluación oral -me comentaron-. Mientras espero mi turno de ser evaluada, siento un poco de ansiedad porque ya quiero salir de eso, pero estando frente al jurado mantengo la calma. Luego de salir de cada jurado me sentí tranquila y feliz por como me había ido, estaba contenta. Para más satisfaccón, ambas doctoras me dijeron que me había ido muy bien... Aunque debo confesar, a veces los jurados sacan su lado maligno jejeje...

I just got out of my first midterm of Pediatrics II and I couldn't be more proud of my performance. 18 topics to be evaluated orally by two doctors. In the group of all the classmates there was a debate to see how the modality of the midterm would be, oral or written, but the poll was tied. In the end, the doctors always have the last word. For my part, since I learned about the oral modality, I prefer the evaluations like this, I feel that in these you have a better chance to defend yourself. Of course, you must be more confident, show security and of course have read all the topics, because you never know where the question comes from hehehehe. This time the two doctors who evaluated me had the syllabus at hand, so as not to miss any topic, they were quite organized when evaluating. In the same way, during the exam they were writing down each thing that the student said as an answer, it is an oral evaluation technique -they told me-. While I was waiting for my turn to be evaluated, I felt a little anxious because I wanted to get out of it, but being in front of the jury I kept calm. After leaving each jury I felt calm and happy about how I had done, I was content. To make it even more satisfying, both doctors told me that I had done very well.... Although I must confess, sometimes juries bring out their evil side hehehehe....
