Hola amigos de hive, un saludo a la comunidad @Lifestyle en este post quiero hablar de una experiencia que ya lleva casi 2 años en curso.
Hace casi dos años es que ingrese al taller mecánico de la familia, en este taller es donde al principio no sabía ni cambiar una llanta, (eso ya lo se hacer 🤪😅🐷) realmente cuando empece mi vida laboral en el taller mecánico casi no había tanto trabajo pendiente. 🐷🪩
Así que mis labores en esos días fueron más que nada limpiar y acomodar el desorden que ya llevaba aproximadamente 6 años acumulándose.

Al principio encontré una bodega llena de transmisiónes revueltas en todos lados, una encima de otra, un verdadero desastre de acumulación, basura, popo de rata y ratón entre muchas otras cosas sepultadas entre piezas dañadas, refacciones en buen estado.

Empezamos a sacar todas las piezas en malas condiciones haciendo en un rincón del taller un montón donde acomodamos todo lo que se vendería al fierro viejo, que obviamente ya no se podría ocupar en reparaciónes.

Ya que sacamos todo lo que ya no servia comenzamos pintar las paredes de color negro para darle otra imagen al taller mejorando su presentación, aparte de acomodar todas las piezas similares en diferentes recipientes para que tengamos todo acomodado, limitando el desorden de tantos años. ⚙️🔩
No imaginan la cantidad de basura, trapos viejos, metales oxidados, polvo, popo de rata y tierra que sacamos los primeros días de limpieza, incluso saque un mueble de repisas el cual pintamos para evitar que siguiera avanzando la oxidación que tenía y sirviera un tiempo más. 🧹💣🪛🧰
Reacomodar el escritorio el cual estaba en el patio donde se acomodan y reparan los automóviles que entran a trabajar, acomodamos una oficina pequeña en el área de la bodega la cual nos dimos el tiempo de organizar y limpiar lo mejor posible. 🚪🪑
Ya después de haber acomodado los muebles que reparamos, pintamos, cargamos los muebles con algunas piezas en buen estado, aparte de tener un espacio más amplio para poner herramienta, la prensa hidráulica, la cual quedo en un espacio mucho más limpio y útil sin tanta acumulación de suciedad, y piezas ya rotas así como en mal estado.

Un trabajo bastante arduo pero vaya que dio muchos frutos en donde puedo presumir que aunque no sabía casi nada de mecánica pude aprovechar mis habilidades personales para poder tener las diferentes áreas de trabajo en mejores condiciones lo cual ayuda bastante a la presentación del taller así como a generar mayor confianza en los clientes que nos confían sus vehículos para que se les entregue un trabajo de calidad.

Ya por último nos mandaron unas lámparas led para poder instalarlas en diferentes zonas del taller dando más iluminación y mejorando la visibilidad del espacio en el cual pasamos tantas horas al día . 💡🔦

Hello hive friends, greetings to the community @Lifestyle in this post I want to talk about an experience that has been going on for almost 2 years.
Almost two years ago is that I entered the mechanic workshop of the family, in this workshop is where at the beginning I did not even know how to change a tire, (that I already know how to do 🤪😅🐷) actually when I started my working life in the mechanic workshop there was almost not so much work pending. 🐷🪩
So my chores in those days were mostly cleaning up and rearranging the mess that had already been accumulating for about 6 years.

At first I found a warehouse full of transmissions jumbled everywhere, one on top of the other, a real mess of accumulation, garbage, rat and mouse poop among many other things buried among damaged parts, spare parts in good condition.

We started to remove all the parts in bad condition making in a corner of the workshop a pile where we accommodate everything that would be sold to the old iron, which obviously could no longer be occupied in repairs.

Once we took out everything that was no longer useful we started to paint the walls black to give another image to the workshop improving its presentation, apart from arranging all the similar pieces in different containers so that we have everything arranged, limiting the disorder of so many years. ⚙️🔩
You can't imagine the amount of trash, old rags, rusty metal, dust, rat poop and dirt that we took out the first days of cleaning, I even took out a piece of shelf furniture which we painted to prevent the rust from continuing to advance and to serve for a while longer. 🧹💣🪛🧰
Rearranging the desk which was in the yard where cars coming in to work are accommodated and repaired, we accommodated a small office in the warehouse area which we took the time to organize and clean up as best we could. 🚪🪑
Already after having accommodated the furniture we repaired, we painted, we loaded the furniture with some pieces in good condition, apart from having a larger space to put tool, the hydraulic press, which was left in a much cleaner and useful space without so much accumulation of dirt, and pieces already broken as well as in bad condition.

A quite arduous work but wow it paid off a lot where I can boast that although I knew almost nothing about mechanics I could take advantage of my personal skills to be able to have the different work areas in better conditions which helps a lot to the presentation of the workshop as well as to generate more confidence in the customers who entrust us with their vehicles so that they are delivered a quality work.

Finally, they sent us some led lamps to install in different areas of the workshop giving more light and improving the visibility of the space in which we spend so many hours a day. 💡🔦
