Greetings Felines and Hoomans of the Hive! Hope this day finds everyone healthy and happy!

Made it through another week, so that means we've arrived at CATURDAY! Look forward to seeing lots of cute cat photos today — let's show the world that the social blockchain is about a LOT more than cryptocurrencies!

Since it is now sunny and warm most of the time, the Hoomans are spending a lot more time out on their upstairs deck, and that means I also get to come outside and explore!

I'm basically an indoor cat because we have a lot of predators like coyotes, bobcats and even mountain lions around here... my outdoor trips are always with "Hooman supervision."

I don't really mind, though... I'd prefer not to get eaten!

Patrolling the perimeter

It's nice to be out in the fresh air, with the chance to explore what's around the next corner.

I see birds up here, all the time!

I wonder what's back there...

The cool thing about being out on the deck is that there are open doors at both ends of the house, so I can do a full *"loop," outside, back in through the house, and then back out!

It seems to confuse the dog; she hasn't quite figured out that it's all connected...

Yup, that's the back way in through the bedroom...

Once I'm done with a thorough inspection of the perimeter, I mostly like to just lay on the sun warmed deck boards and roll around.

But first I must make sure that all areas are safe!

OK, everything looks clear!

There used to be some flowers in this old barrel... but it has pretty much all become weeds because the Hoomans have been very busy with their "real" garden, this year.

I like to poke around in the grass and play with the stalks... they bounce around like cat toys!

Anyway, that's my Caturday, so far.

Last but certainly not least, don't forget the dPet Community created by @kona, which is the original pet related "channel," and which typically also has lots of cat photos! This is also the home of the Daily Pet Photography challenge!

There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!
