Who could stay in front of a cat and not feel like they are in front of another human? According to a Netflix documentary I watched a couple of days ago, cats are the closest animals to us, socially speaking. Since I heard this, I started thinking of my interactions with these felines. Definitely, they would be the most honest side of humans. From my perspective, cats are not political, they always know what they want and they don't beat about the bush.
Whether it is a caress, your lunch or just noticing them, they do whatever it takes to get what they wish. And we are the same, except our social nature cries out for being political, the beauty behind a speech to convince, to get something desired pretending it was given to us fortuitously. We should learn a little more about cats and their transparency.

¿Quién puede decir que al ver a un gato no siente que está enfrente de un humano más? Según un documental que vi en Netflix hace días, los gatos son los animales más cercanos socialmente a nosotros. Desde que escuché eso, me he puesto a mirar para atrás y pensar en la interacción que he tenido con estos felinos. En definitiva, serían el lado más sincero del humano. Los gatos a mi parecer son nada políticos, siempre saben lo que quieren y no andan con rodeos.
Una caricia, tu almuerzo o que solo notes su presencia, hacen lo que sea necesario para llegar a lo que desean. Tal cual nosotros, sólo que nuestra naturaleza social nos pide a gritos lo político, la belleza en el discurso para convencer, obtener lo deseado aparentando que se nos fue dado fortuitamente. Deberíamos aprender más de los gatos y su transparencia.

Soy una persona amante de los gatos, y amo con locura encontrarmelos en la calle, siempre trato de darles caricias (aunque a veces no sale muy bien)
