Hoy hablaremos de los tipos de cervezas venezolanas. Cada una tiene un sabor que la hace única, y por supuesto un grado de alcohol para hacer efecto jaja.
Polar es una corporación industrial. Su producción abarca la elaboración de cervezas, refrescos, y productos de uso diario. Iniciada desde el año 1954.
Mi favorita sin duda alguna es la cerveza polar (O como algunos le decimos, negrita o polarcita)
Está elaborada a partir de cebada. Es una cerveza de color dorado claro, aroma bastante pronunciado a maltas y cereales. Su sabor es suave y dulzón con un final seco, y su graduación alcohólica es de 4.5º
La cerveza Ligh se caracteriza por tener un contenido calórico mucho menor al de otros estilos cerveceros (Un tercio) Es una cerveza un poco más suave, ligeramente menos amarga y con un color pálido.
La cerveza solera, es la de mayor contenido alcohólico, es decir es más fuerte y rápido su efecto, con 6°. Tiene un notable amargor, lo más cercano a lo que sería el estilo pilsen europeo.
La cerveza "Caroreña verano" es nueva, es una versión de la botella de sangría Caroreña, pero con un toque más ácido, un sabor a limón y más pronunciado el sabor a sangría

Light beer is characterized by having a much lower caloric content than other beer styles (One third). It is a slightly softer beer, slightly less bitter and pale in color.
Solera beer is the one with the highest alcohol content, that is, its effect is stronger and faster, with 6°. It has a remarkable bitterness, the closest thing to what would be the European Pilsen style.
The "Caroreña Verano" beer is new, it is a version of the Caroreña sangria bottle, but with a more acid touch, a lemon flavor and a more pronounced sangria flavor

Un día me embriague con la cerveza solera verde con mi compadre y amanecímos en una fiesta en un barrio muy peligroso en guacara, una noche de locura total. Cómo la película que pasó ayer, cómo extraño esa cerveza jajaja
One day I got drunk with the green solera beer with my compadre and we woke up at a party in a very dangerous neighborhood in Guacara, a night of total madness. Like the movie that happened yesterday, how I miss that beer hahaha.
